Lindsie Chrisley's ex-boyfriend David Landsman accused her of hitting him in the face in a 911 call he made to authorities in Georgia.
Landsman was heard in audio obtained by TMZ from the Cherokee Sheriff's Office, claiming the 36-year-old reality star assaulted him last Friday, causing him to bleed, before departing his home in her Lexus.
'My girlfriend just broke in my house - I was asleep and she started beating my f***ing ass,' Landsman told an operator.
He continued, 'She punched me in the face - she was beating my face - there was blood, but it's OK.'
Landsman declined emergency services, saying he wasn't going to touch his bloody face so authorities could properly take inventory of his injuries.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Chrisley, Landsman and the Cherokee Sheriff's Office for further comment on the story.

Asked if Chrisley was on the premises, Landsman said, 'She just pulled out of the driveway ... she's in a white Lexus.'
When asked if Chrisley might be under the influence of a substance, Landsman told the operator she does not use drugs.
The release of the call comes on the heels of Landsman's arrest on April 10 in connection with aggravated assault-strangulation after Chrisley claimed he 'strangled' her.
Chrisley told law enforcement Landsman grabbed her neck with 'one hand and held her up so that her feet were off the ground,' according to an arrest report attached to an April 13 court filing Chrisley filed requesting a restraining order, reviewed by TMZ.
Chrisley told officers that she struck Landsman in the head near his eyebrow to separate herself from him physically, according to the legal docs.
In reaction to the hit, Chrisley told authorities that Landsman grabbed her 'by the throat again and opened the door and threw her outside.'
Landsman's behavior had grown menacing and intimidating toward Chrisley after their recent split after two years together, Chrisley said in the court filing on Monday.
It was not immediately clear if the court granted the restraining order request, in which Chrisley requested Landsman keep his distance from her home and her son Jackson's school.

The former couple had dated for two years prior to their split earlier this month
Chrisley said in her statement to police that they had ceased dating prior to his arrest, as the two had an argument on April 9 over a picture that she saw on his phone.
She said that he had initially gotten verbally aggressive with her until she pointed out there had been miscommunication over the image in question.
While Landsman apologized, the tense tone had been set for the forthcoming night out, Chrisley said.
At his home after the meal, Chrisley said she told Landsman that it was time for them to take a break from the romance, and she ventured to gather her belongings.
Lindsie - who is the daughter of Todd Chrisley and his ex-wife Teresa Terry - said in her statement to police that Landsman 'became agitated and aggravated' as she asked him tough questions.
The one-time Chrisley Knows Best personality said she was asking him about answers he provided 'in reference to the personal matters he is going through' that she did not feel were truthful.

Lindsie was previously married to ex-husband Will Campbell for nine years until their 2021 split, and they are parents to son Jackson, 13.
Chrisley's father Todd, 57, and stepmother Julie, 53, were found guilty by a Georgia jury in November of 2022 of accusations of tax evasion and more than $30 million in bank fraud. They were sentenced to a collective 17 years in custody and began serving them in January of 2023.
Todd had been serving a 12-year sentence, which was later reduced to 10 years, while Julie was serving a seven-year sentence at prisons in Florida and Kentucky respectively, prior to their pardon in late May 2025 by President Donald Trump.
'They’ve been given a pretty harsh treatment based on what I’m hearing,' Trump said of the reality stars he pardoned.
