Summer House star Lindsay Hubbard has officially become a mom, welcoming her first child, a beautiful daughter.
'She’s here!! Gemma Britt Kufe,' the 38-year-old reality star shared via Instagram on Sunday, alongside an adorable photo of herself and her boyfriend Dr. Turner Kufe gently holding their newborn’s tiny hands.
Hubbard, who revealed her pregnancy in July, had kept the identity of her boyfriend private until recently, when Page Six confirmed that Dr. Turner Kufe is the father.
In October, she made headlines once again, announcing that she and Kufe won’t initially be living together after the birth of their baby.
This milestone comes after a dramatic chapter in Lindsay’s life.
Just last year, her engagement to Summer House co-star Carl Radke came to a sudden halt when he called off their wedding in August—just a few months before they were set to marry in November 2023.

Lindsay said in an August 29 appearance on the Housewives Nightcap podcast that she and Kufe remain residing in separate dwellings in New York City and that she was 'not even thinking about moving in' with him amid the pregnancy.
'We live so close to each other in New York, literally within blocks,' Hubbard said. 'We're on the same avenue.
'And once the baby comes, I'm sure he'll spend every single night because he's obsessed with her, and doesn't want to miss anything about her.'
Hubbard said that 'when the timing is right' in their 'relationship, maybe we'll move in together.'
Hubbard said she and Kufe were taking things 'one step at a time' amid the busy time, and that moving in together might have added stress to the proceedings.
'I just didn't want to put any more pressure, obviously, on this relationship that already comes with being pregnant and having a baby puts a lot of pressure on a new relationship,' Hubbard said. 'So I took all the outside pressures off. And it's working for us.'
Hubbard said on the podcast that she had been working on putting together in one of the rooms of her Manhattan home for a girl's nursery.
In September 2023, Lindsay's engagement to Summer House co-star Radke came to an abrupt halt weeks before what was intended to be their big day.

Now, she says about where she is in life: 'It’s really special to go into this new chapter of my life gaining a family. Especially for our daughter to have cousins nearby that she gets to play with and call her family as well.'
The star also discussed the complex aftermath of her cancelled wedding to Radke, and how much money she lost in the process.
The reality star shared about the bills the former pair still had to pay after Carl, 39, called off their wedding last year, and how they dealt with lawyers over the money, as she appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast on Tuesday.
Lindsay stated that she specified to their wedding planners that it was Carl's job to take care of cancelling the event.
'I texted my wedding planner and the two wedding planners — like, one who was dealing with the hotel and reservations and one who was dealing with all the vendors and actual planning — and I said, please do not communicate with me about any of this,' she said.
'I told them that I was absolutely not figuring out the fallout of the wedding. Like, you canceled this, put on your big boy pants and figure it out yourself.'
She told her planners: 'You can communicate with Carl since this was his decision. And whatever he did, that’s on him.'
Lindsay said she lost about '$25,000 to $30,000 in wedding deposits before the cancellation.'

'Now, he had to pay a lot of cancellation fees, especially since he waited so long to call off the wedding.
'And, you know, the longer you wait with the hotel and the rooms, like, the less money you get back if you cancel the wedding,' she added.
The star shared that once the ceremony is 90 days out 'you're responsible for 50 percent of the rooms.'
She was then asked if she wanted Carl to pay her back the money she lost, to which she replied, 'Yeah, we dealt with a lot of... There was a lot of lawyer discussions.
