Liberty Poole has pulled back the curtain on the reality behind 'posed' photos in a candid shoot as she promoted her new business.

The former Love Island star, 26, took to Instagram on Wednesday to showcase her swimwear brand, Uplifted The Label.

Designed with both style and support in mind, the swimwear is especially made for curvier figures and those with bigger busts (C–G cup).

In a series of snaps, Liberty looked stunning as she posed in a red bikini that showed off her sensational figure.

She also included unposed moments alongside the glam shots, embracing her natural shape and celebrating body confidence.

Alongside the images, she wrote: 'The greatest love story is the one with yourself. Posed vs unposed, wearing a red bikini from @upliftedthelabel #mybrand.'

Last year, Liberty showcased her enviable curves as she posed in a hot pink bikini to make an inspiring body positive message.

Despite looking as radiant as ever, she candidly shared her innermost insecurities in the clip, writing over the top about how she felt that her body wasn't 'summer ready' and didn't 'fit the beauty standards'.

Liberty took to opportunity to then share a powerful message about self-love, as she insisted that 'all bodies are swimsuit bodies' and urged her followers to 'love the skin you're in'.

The start of the video was captioned: 'Negative Thoughts: Everyone is judging how I look right now. My body isn't summer ready.

'I can't wear a swimsuit until I lose weight. I need to hide my cellulite and rolls because they don't fit the beauty standards.'

But proudly smiling at the camera and relaxing in the sunshine, she then changed the writing on the clip to read: 'Reality: All bodies are swimsuit bodies confidence is the best thing you can wear.

'Stretch marks and cellulite are normal and don't make you less worthy. No one is paying as much attention to your body as you think live your life for you. You deserve to feel the sun on your skin just as you are.'

In the caption, the reality star added: 'Reminder that your different body types are all going to look beautiful in your bikinis this summer enjoy yourself and love the skin your in'.

It comes after Liberty was forced to hit back at vile online trolls after she was cruelly body-shamed.

She clapped back with another stunning bikini-clad snap from her sun-soaked holiday in Mexico, taking to the caption to send a candid message to her trolls.

Killing them with kindness, Liberty wrote in her blunt statement: 'Just wanted to respond to the recent body shaming on social media by being happy and positive and sending the message that every body is a beach body.'

She continued: 'And have fun on your holidays because no one's gonna remember what your body once looked like in years or even days to come x.'

Meanwhile earlier on TikTok, Liberty shared a clip recording herself standing sideways in front of a mirror to show off her physique.

During the video her now ex boyfriend Joshua Raybould was seen playfully giving her a pat on the bum as they both laughed.

She captioned the clip: 'This is my normal size 10-12 body. Yes I don't have a super flat stomach but it doesn't matter.'

'Everybody is different, I've always been a bit curvier and I shouldn't be body shamed for it.'

Liberty has said she wanted to use her reality TV platform to promote a body positive message after suffering from insecurities herself

It was made as a response to a cruel troll commenting below another of her videos, telling her: 'Get the portion control under control.'

Liberty has said she wanted to use her reality TV platform to promote a body positive message after suffering from insecurities herself.

She told Closer: 'I remember going on Instagram when I was around 14 and seeing all these stunning girls who looked perfect, and even then as a young girl I never felt beautiful enough.

'I always wanted to improve myself in some way and I think that followed me throughout my teens. I remember looking in the mirror, thinking, "My nose is so big", and I never used to feel as pretty as these girls on social media.

'That toxic habit worsened when I got cheated on, so now I feel so passionate about it because I never want a girl to come on to my page and feel bad about themselves.'

The Birmingham native rose to fame on the 2021 edition of Love Island where she famously split up with her on-screen partner, Jake Cornish, just days ahead of the final.

She returned to try her luck in the 2024 All Stars edition of the show but was sadly once again unsuccessful.
