The influencer wore a white one-piece swimsuit and a matching miniskirt as a cover-up as she strolled onto the yacht alongside a blond bikini-clad gal pal.
The former girlfriend of the late star paired her party look with a brown bucket hat and Chanel espadrille shoes.
Cassidy, who recently celebrated her 27th birthday, appeared to be wearing little to no makeup, and she left her brunette hair down in a straight style.
Her outing comes 17 months after the One Direction member's death at 31 in October 2024.
At the time, Payne and Cassidy had been together for around two years.

In one of her recent TikTok posts, she teased that she was ready to start dating again.
She tagged the official social media account for the reality dating series — the latest season of which was recently canceled after Taylor Frankie Paul's domestic violence video went viral.
In Cassidy's TikTok post, she was dancing for the camera, mentioned ABC in her caption and wrote: 'Heard they're looking for a new Bachelorette... hi.'
Last week, Cassidy also shared a video of herself in the arms of a mystery man as she hinted at a new romance after heartbreak.

A week after his death, Cassidy shared a tribute dedicated to her late boyfriend and shared a handwritten note he had given to her.
'A few weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our lives together,' she wrote in her caption.
'I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it. It said, "Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever.'
She continued: 'Liam, I know we'll be together forever, but not in the way we had planned. You'll always be with me. I've gained a guardian angel.
