The singer first signed to Warner Records in 2022 after going solo but earlier this year got dropped and so is now in full control of her music and releasing independently with Virgin Music Group.

Leigh-Anne has said she is 'leading this s***' as she opened up about her turbulent year in a video to her 9.7million followers as she sat on the floor of her lavish walk-in wardrobe.

Releasing a long breath, the singer said: 'So, long story short, the label have said no basically.

'They don't have the budget to put my album out, so I'm ready to take the reigns. It will be a new chapter and I just can't wait. I'm leading this s***.'

At the end of the update, the Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker shared a montage of videos from her solo music performances so far.

Leigh-Anne added in the caption that she is ready to have 'more success' by releasing her solo album and with a headline tour.

She penned: 'Proof that when you trust and back yourself, doors open. If you needed a sign, this is it. You are capable. You are powerful. Don’t shrink for anyone. You are enough. You always were.

'Here’s to 2026, to my debut solo album My Ego Told Me To, headline tour, more love, more life and more success'.
