In most of the main story levels of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, you can explore off the beaten path to find various collectibles. Red Bricks are available in almost every level, while unique, decorative collectibles like surfboards and bonsai trees are scattered throughout some of the bigger areas.

Ace Card #1

Immediately after gliding across the first pool of churning green toxic waste, this Ace Card is standing right in front of you, next to a row of control panels. Punch or Batarang it to collect it.

Ace Card #2

In the room where you shut off the fan so you can walk through:

Facing the fan from the entrance to this room, turn to your left and grapple up.
Grapple up to the next level, following the studs until you arrive on a small platform where a teddy bear picnic is taking place.
The Ace Card is just beyond the picnic blanket.

Ace Card #3

After shutting down the fan:

Head through the vent; in the next area, another giant fan, installed in the ground, will allow you to glide upwards.
Glide up to the platform, where the Ace Card will be sitting on a pipe above you.

Ace Card #4

During the chase with Red Hood One:

After Gordon gums up a jet of fire, head into the small side room, where there's an open elevator and an office with a glass window.
The Ace Card will be in the corner of this room right next to the walled-off office.

Ace Card #5

During the chase with Red Hood One:

You'll need to solve a puzzle where you block two vents in pipes, causing two platforms to shoot up into the air intermittently and allowing you to jump up to the next level.
Instead of going straight up, head to the right; the Ace Card will be in this room behind a box.

With that, you'll have collected all five Ace Cards, and can choose to display your trophy in the Batcave when you return home. Note that, if you miss some the first time through, you can always replay the level before moving onto the next chapter of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
