Lauren Goodger has revealed she is releasing a book about the 'unimaginable' death of her newborn baby daughter Lorena.

The reality star, 38, gave birth to her second daughter in July 2022, but she sadly passed away just minutes after she was born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.

Now, Lauren said she want to 'help' other parents by sharing her 'difficult' experience with grief and how she found the 'courage and strength' each day.

Sharing a photo of her autobiography on Instagram, Lauren wrote: 'I am so pleased to finally tell you all that I am releasing a book! Mum Of Two will be on sale in July.

'As you all know, my eldest, Larose, is the light of my life. She loves to be the centre of attention, just like me.

'But my youngest, Lorena, is harder to picture. I never heard the sound of her laugh, or her cry.

'I am writing Mum of Two as when the unimaginable happened, I couldn’t find a book that helped me during the most difficult times after losing my newborn baby.'

'This is my story of loss and grief, and of finding my courage and strength.'

Lauren added that she has put on a 'brave face' each day for her four-year-old daughter Larose, who is her world.

She continued: 'However much I have put on a brave face, it’s been so hard. I am a good mum to Larose, she’s my world. I am strong for her, I have to carry on.

'Despite the battles in my life that no one even knows about, I’m still standing. I want to help others by sharing my experiences.

'And you can actually preorder it on Amazon now! Thank you for all your support and love that’s kept me going love Lauren'.

Friends of Lauren's took to the comments to brand her the 'strongest woman ever' and said they are so 'proud' of her sharing her story.

Sophie Kasaei penned: 'The strongest woman ever. So proud of you Lauren'.

Junaid Ahmed wrote: 'YAYY!!!!!!!!!!! Soo so proud of you! Cannot wait to get'.

Saffron Lempriere added: 'Proud of you, was waiting for this and despite it all your still doing your best, sharing your wisdom & making us laugh'.

'Wow! what an amazing achievement xxxxxx', said Ella Rae Wise.

It comes after Lauren broke down into tears as she discussed the anniversary of Lorena's death last year with her TOWIE pals Junaid Ahmed, Saffron Lempriere, Amy Childs, Freddie Bently, and Livvy Jay.

Opening up to her co-stars, she said: 'Obviously it's a really hard day for me. Obviously three years ago I lost Lorena in labour.

'She should be here and I think it's harder because it's Larose's birthday in two weeks.'

'Oh so you got a low and then a high again,' Saffron said.

Lauren emotionally continued: 'And it's like, it's a hard month for me. And I hold this pain inside because she hasn't got a sister when she should have a sister.'

'It's so cruel,' Freddie added.

Tearing up, Lauren said: 'I don't understand any of it.'

Amy replied: 'But Lorena's with you every day, Lauren do you know that? She's with you like..'

Lauren said: 'Yeah, and this is why I've sort of done this because it's important.

'Last year I stayed in with Larose in the garden and now I have to get out and talk about her rather than hiding. I think that's why it's even harder for me because I am on my own.'

Comforting Lauren, Junaid said: 'But you're so strong and you need to remember you got all your friends and family'

Tearful Lauren replied: 'So that's why I've done this and it means a lot to me that yous have come.'

She continued: 'But I'm strong, I don't do this in front of Larose. I don't let it out, do you know what I mean.

Amy said: 'Like I said Lauren, you can ring me up at 3 in the morning, I'm going to always be there for you.'
