Laura Hamilton has revealed what she eats in a day and the price of her weekly food shop.
The A Place In The Sun presenter, 43, is mother to Rocco and Tahlia with her ex-husband Alex Goward and told how she keeps her spend low.
Speaking to Closer, she said: 'I'm an Aldi convert now. I try to budget around £75 a week for the three of us which is really achievable when shopping there.'
Laura said her fridge is 'packed with lean proteins' like salmon, chicken and turkey mince and she also keeps plenty of berries, sweetcorn and watermelon to hand.
While she keeps to a mostly healthy diet, the TV host said she will 'eat almost anything' and has 'raised my children to be the same'.
Other items that can be found in the star's fridge include protein yoghurts, protein bars and houmous.

'For breakfast I'll usually have a protein shake with oats and matcha,' she said, adding that lunch is often a jacket potato with tuna and a bit of mayo and cheese.
She keeps her dinners healthy too, citing salmon with noodles and stir-fried vegetables as a typical evening meal.
Asked what she would cook to impress her guests, Laura chose slow-roast lamb, served with dauphinoise potatoes and broccoli.
It comes after comes after Laura hit back at cruel trolls for insisting she is 'too old' to wear a bikini last year.
The presenter wowed in a plunging black and white snake print swimming costume as she beamed beside the pool and asked fans: 'Who decides when we're "too old" for anything?'
She continued: 'I recently read a comment saying I was too old to wear a bikini… and it honestly made me stop and think for a second.
'But then I reminded myself, life's way too short to worry about what other people think.'
Waving in a swimming costume beside her daughter Tahlia, she added: 'Today I'm wearing a swimsuit, not because of the comment I read but because I wanted to and I feel comfortable in it!

'We all have days when we feel self-conscious, but we deserve to enjoy the sunshine, the beach, the pool, whatever makes us happy, no matter our age and whether we choose to wear a swimsuit or a bikini!!'
Laura is a mother to two children, Rocco, 11, and Tahlia, 10, whom she shares with ex-husband Alex Goward.
And she recently revealed that she has no regrets about spending time away from her two children to film the hit Channel 4 series, despite being trolled for it online.
She confessed that she could never give up her career even though juggling motherhood and travel can be 'chaotic'.
Laura said to The Sun: 'I have every respect for anyone who's a full-time mum, I just couldn't do that.
'I love my career as well as being a mum and I've managed to find a way to make it work.'
She revealed she plans her filming schedule around when her children are with their dad, using that time to focus fully on work.
She credited her employer for allowing her to travel with her kids when possible, describing herself as 'incredibly lucky' to have the flexibility.
