Jessica Simpson Lists Home for $18 Million Amid Eric Johnson Breakup
Kylie Jenner is keeping up with her real estate empire.
Nearly a decade after the Kardashians star purchased her sprawling California mansion in 2016, she has put the Hidden Hills home up for sale with an asking price of $20.2 million.
Standing at 13,234 square feet, the abode is being sold by Million Dollar Listing alums Josh Altman and Matt Altman, according to the listing. True to its ample acreage, the home features 10 bathrooms and eight bedrooms, with highlight amenities including an attached guest suite, a wet bar, and an outdoor kitchen.
Kylie, 28, first secured this home for $16 million when she was 19 years old. She went on to purchase two more Hidden Hills properties—including a 1.37-acre plot of land—over the years, but her now-listed home has been a mainstay for her and ex Travis Scott’s two kids Stormi, 8, and Aire, 3. (She bought her first mansion in her hometown Calabasas in 2015, but she sold it for $3.2 million two years later.)
And with this being her first Hidden Hills home, the Khy founder—who’s dating Timothée Chalamet—tapped interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to turn the space into her dream pastel cloud.
“I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling. Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” she told Architectural Digest of the process in 2019. “My closets and glam room are very personal to me, even down to the size of each drawer, so they fit my specific products and clothes. I spend a lot of time in those rooms, so we had to make sure they were perfect.”
However, similar to sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, she added a more neutral touch to the home in recent years.

Kylie’s latest listing comes as she and Timothée, 30, are turning up the dial in their three-year romance. Indeed, she’s been the Marty Supreme actor’s plus-one during award season this year, including their notable appearance at the 2026 Oscars on March 15. While Timothée sported an all-white suit, Kylie added a pop of color with her deep red Schiaparelli gown and a silver medallion necklace.
And as the duo continue to focus on their bond, the Kylie Cosmetics founder is also keeping a close eye on her future—especially on the motherhood front.
“In the last years of my 20s,” she explained to Vanity Fair earlier this month, “I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, traveling with my kids, enjoying my kids. I do want to have more kids.”
