Kylie Jenner REUNITES with Jordyn Woods in new TikTok - five years after Tristan Thompson cheating scandal

Kylie Jenner reunited with her former frenemy Jordyn Woods in a new TikTok video, five years after their infamous fallout over her drunken kiss with Tristan Thompson. 

On  Friday evening, the reality star, 27, uploaded footage of herself during a night out with Woods, 26, and her other longtime pal, Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou, 27. 

The post began with Jenner standing front and center between her friends as she lip synced over audio of her sister, Kim Kardashian, saying: 'Okay guys, we're back!'

'Did you miss us?' Woods asked, before leaning in close to the Kylie Cosmetics founder and resting her head on Jenner's shoulder. 

The camera, then, panned to Karanikolaou, who interjected: ''Cause we missed you!' 

Within the first nine hours, the post received more than 1.1 million likes and 5.4 million views. 

Fans were quick to react to seeing the trio together in the comment section. 

'WHEN I TELL YOU MY JAW JUST DROPPED TO THE FLOOR,' one TikTok user commented. 

Another wrote: 'Jordyn we definitely missed you.' 

A third wrote: 'Welcome back Jordyn... we love u.' 

'Never did I think I’d see these 3 in a video together again,' a fourth admitted.

One viewer even called the reunion a sign that the 'world is healing.' 

'PEACE IS RESTORED,' another raved.

In an episode of The Kardashians, which aired in May, Jenner revealed that she and Woods were back to hanging out during a conversation with sister Khloé Kardashian.

Jenner and the model were nearly inseparable for more than six years before Woods was caught 'making out' with Thompson while he was dating Khloé, back in February 2019. 

The makeup mogul explained to viewers that after reconciling following their fallout, they developed 'a lot more like healthy distance in the relationship.'

'Now it's like, we talk once a month. I think what I do love now is that the narrative about us online is also over. Like when we were seen leaving that restaurant, it was a story for a day or two days or whatever, and then now it's like over,' she said. 

'People know that we're cool and no one's talking about it anymore,' the mother-of-two said.

During the chat with her half-sibling, Khloé reiterated to Jenner that she's 'never had an issue with you keeping' her friendship with Woods. 

'I'm happy to have this conversation with Khloe because I think people don't really understand how pure Khloe's heart is,' Jenner explained. 'Even right after everything happened, her energy was always the same with me. She's like, "You need to do whatever makes you happy. There's nothing more important to me than you and your happiness." And she's just very special and I just wish people knew how special she was.'

Kylie Jenner publicly severed ties with her then-BFF after the scandal broke, though back in July 2023, they were seen leaving a restaurant together.  

In 2019, Woods and Thompson shocked the world after it emerged they had hooked up at a party. Woods later admitted to sharing a kiss with the NBA star during a sensational interview with Jada Pinkett Smith on the Red Table Talk.

The kiss also led to Khloe splitting up from Tristan for another time. Infamously, after Jordyn's Red Table Talk interview aired, Khloe insisted over Twitter, 'You ARE the reason my family broke up!'

Woods and Jenner first crossed paths back in 2012 after meeting through a mutual friend, Jaden Smith, and soon developed a very close bond. The pair were nearly inseparable, and not only lived together, but also worked together on various projects.

The former pals starred in the reality series, Life With Kylie, and also launched the Kylie x Jordyn collection for Kylie Cosmetics in September 2018. Jordyn also notably attended Kim and Kanye West's wedding that was held in Italy back in 2014. 

However, their relationship soon came to a crashing halt when Woods admitted to sharing a kiss with Thompson. 

Although Jordyn initially denied that anything had happened between the two, she later revealed that they locked lips during an interview on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith in March 2019.

'I was drunk. I was not tipsy, I was drunk. But I was not beyond the point of recollection. I know where I was. But, on the way out [of Tristan's house] he did kiss me,' she recalled.

The model continued, 'No passion, no nothing. On the way out he just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don't think he's wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in this position.'

She then expressed her immediate response and feelings after the kiss, and revealed, 'I didn't know how to feel. I was like, "That didn't just happen," because I was leaving already so I walked out immediately after.'

The star remembered getting, 'in the car and was like, "No, that didn't happen," I [told him] I need to go. I was in shock.'

However, it was not the first time Khloe's cheating ex had been caught in an infidelity. He reportedly cheated on her the year before in 2018 when she was pregnant with their daughter, True.

Four months after the scandal, the kiss was addressed during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. In one scene, Kylie was talking to her sisters about Jordyn and a phone call that they had following the incident.

'I called her and she didn't really say anything, she was just like, you know, crying the whole time,' Jenner expressed, per Us Weekly.

'I was just telling her … You weren’t thinking about [Khloe and Tristan’s daughter] True, about Khloe, about me, [and] you weren’t thinking about yourself.'

In June 2019, months after the scandal, a source gave an update about Kylie and Jordyn's broken friendship and stated, 'Their relationship is on the road to recovery.'

A separate insider also told Us Weekly at the time of the kiss that, 'Khloe loved Jordyn before this,' and added that, 'This is completely shocking to Khloe’s family.'

And in a later episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in July 2019, the beauty mogul discussed the fallout with her ex BFF and how she has moved on from the friendship.

'I think that this whole Jordyn situation needed to happen. For a reason. For me, for her, for you, for everybody. She was my security blanket, she lived with me, we did everything together,' Jenner told her sister, Khloe.

'I just felt like, "Oh, I have Jordyn, I don’t need anything else." I feel like there’s a part of me that needed to grow without her.'

The reality star expressed, 'And sometimes people are there for certain reasons and certain times of your life and not for others.'

To follow up Kylie's statement to Khloe, a source told Us Weekly that same month, 'She’ll always care about Jordyn and she only wants the best for her.'

'She’s only sending positivity to Jordyn, but it’s too soon to say [if] they’ll be able to fully reconcile. But time heals a lot of wounds, and the Kardashian/Jenners are a forgiving family,' the insider added to the outlet.

In 2021, during a Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion with Andy Cohen, Khloe opened up about where she stood with Jordyn two years after the kissing scandal and brought up the topic of forgiveness.

'I think people make mistakes. People live and they learn. And I forgive both parties. How could I forgive Tristan and not Jordyn? That sounds asinine in my opinion,' she told Andy, according to People at the time.
