Kyle Richards's daughter Sophia Umansky, 26, undergoes breast lift after weight loss drug caused her chest to droop

Kyle Richards's 26-year-old daughter Sophia Umansky has undergone a breast lift.

Earlier in the week, the influencer expressed her intention to fix a sagging problem, the result of weight fluctuations caused by taking Mounjaro - an FDA-approved diabetes 2 prescription drug that is extremely popular for weight loss among the Hollywood set.

Sophia, whose shock confessions are commonplace on social media, documented the process in a series of videos posted to her TikTok.

'I'm just getting a lift. I'm not getting any implants or anything,' Sophia, whose dad is celebrity realtor Mauricio Umansky, told followers in one clip.

'I've been on Mounjaro a little over a year now and at first I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back, and now I'm starting to finally balance out like a perfect medium.

'Other than my weight fluctuating, my girls are not sitting where I want them to be sitting, they're like hanging real low and I want them to be like, up,' she explained while giving a visual demonstration.

Her surgeon was Dr Steven Teitelbaum, who performed a breast reduction surgery on Richards in 2022.

Richards applauded his work and trusted him to perform a breast lift on her daughter.

In another TikTok video, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was seen helping Sophia prepare for her procedure at the board-certified plastic surgeon's office in Santa Monica, California.

Sophia further explained that the doctor would take fat from her hips and put it 'on top of my boobs just for volume.'

She added with emphasis, 'Just to be clear, I don't have any issue with my hips but he said there was enough fat in there that he was able to take a little bit out just so my boobs could have some more volume at the top without getting implants.

'I feel like I need a little something. I trust Dr Teitelbaum with my life so whatever he says I will do and he says I don't need implants.

'I know he's going to do such a good job. I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body and that's always the goal obviously,' Sophia shared with fans.

The dark-haired beauty, who was previously a staffer at her father's The Agency until mid-2025 when she became a social media influencer and content creator, also mentioned she's getting her lips 'blushed' at the same as her breast lift procedure.

'I heard that they like scab and peel, so I'm going to be like bandaged up and have like scabbed, peeled lips,' she added of the procedure, which is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing that enhances the natural color and shape of the lips to create a 'blushed' look.

Not everyone was such a fan of Sophia's plan to get a breast lift, with one calling it 'insane and sad' and another writing, 'you don't need surgery you are gorgeous.'

Sophia's mom emphasized her support for her daughter's decision to get her bust boosted and by such a skilled surgeon. 'I would not trust anyone else to do the surgery on my child,' Richards said.

Sophia has also blasted critics of her use of Mounjaro to lose weight, telling People: 'People who are telling me that I don't need to be on it, they don't know what they're talking about. They're not doctors. And I think everyone needs to calm down and live their own lives. And honesty will get you far in life and lying is not fun. It's not good.'
