Kyle Richards Shares Dating Update 2 Years After Mauricio Umansky Separation
Kyle Richards is keeping her diamonds where they belong.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a surprising update on why she hasn't filed for divorce from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky nearly three years after their breakup in E! News' exclusive sneak peek at part two of the Bravo series' season 15 reunion.
The preview kicks off with Dorit Kemsley asking Kyle, "Do you think you're waiting for him to come back?"
The Halloween Ends actress—who shares daughters Farrah, 37, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 26, and Portia, 18, with The Agency founder—hesitated before offering her candid perspective.
"No, I think it's just not knowing what you want and I like the way it is," she explained. "The way we can have dinner and he goes to his room, I go to my room. We wake up, have coffee in the morning, talk about what we're gonna do, we go skiing."
And, as it turns out, the thought of no longer having that quality time together as one big happy family is one of the reasons Kyle has yet to pull the trigger on their divorce.
As the 57-year-old admitted to host Andy Cohen when asked about finally making their split legal, "It would change and it would be scary if it changed."
And with California being a community property state, Andy had to ask Kyle, "Will you be asking for half of The Agency?"
To which Kyle quickly replied, "Well, it's mine. Half of it's mine."

The bombshell statement elicited an audible response from Bozoma Saint John, while Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton chimed in to ask, "Does he realize that?"
But the exes were together for over 30 years, as Kyle—the longest-running Housewife in Bravo history—reminded the cast, "We built our lives together. He literally had two nickels when I married him."
Plus, Amanda Francis noted, "He also launched it on your show."

However, not all of Kyle’s costars are convinced her potential financial settlement plans would be so cut-and-dry.
"Money changes things, especially men," Sutton Stracke warned her costar. "Men and money, they become a beast together."
But Kyle wasn't changing her stance on the matter. As she noted, "It doesn't change that half is mine. Obviously, there's no prenup. We didn't have anything. We were in a two-bedroom apartment with three kids."
Get more updates on Kyle's separation when part two of the RHOBH reunion airs Thursday, April 30, at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
