Amanda Batula Replaced With “New Model” in Campaign After West Wilson Dating News

Kyle Cooke isn’t losing sleep over Amanda Batula’s new romance.

One day after estranged wife confirmed she’s dating her Summer House costar West Wilson, the Loverboy founder broke his silence on the bombshell revelation.

“I'm good, I’m actually really worried about Amanda, if I’m being honest,” Kyle told NYC-based journalist Adam Glyn in a TikTok video posted April 1. “I talked to her before their statement came out, she gave me a heads up, and I talked to her last night. I understand people have all sorts of opinions and I'm not justifying any kind of behavior, but from what I'm seeing she's kind of getting cyber bullied.”

But despite the concern for Amanda, whom he was married to for four years before their January breakup, he doesn’t share those feelings when it comes to West.

“All I know is West seems to be the kind of guy playing multiple women at the same time," he continued. "And somehow, in all of this, like 50,000 people have decided that West deserves their follow. Meanwhile, they're just lighting up Amanda. I just feel bad.”

And while some fans are enraged by the costars’ new romance given that West previously dated Amanda’s BFF Ciara Miller, Kyle thinks the hate from viewers isn’t okay.

“Amanda knows that what she did was wrong,” he noted of his ex, “and she's trying to come to terms with it. But she is not well.”

When it comes to the root of Amanda and West’s relationship, however, Kyle admitted he doesn’t know the exact timeline, noting he’d been “trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt” as rumors about their fling spread like wildfire. Regardless, he called them revealing their friendship had blossomed into a budding relationship in a joint March 31 statement“a mental mind f--k.”

“It definitely makes me second guess a lot of things last summer,” Kyle shared. “At a minimum, just kind of how checked out she was.”

As for where Kyle and West stand after the sports journalist moved on from Ciara with Amanda?

“He sent some half-assed text message,” Kyle revealed. “West is using the same charm he's used on every other chick."

As for how Amanda and West are faring amid the love triangle controversy, the two noted in their joint March 31 Instagram statement, "It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it."

"We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years," they continued of their bond, "through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care."

Amanda and West concluded with, "We also recognize that this has never had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless. We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this."
