Kris Jenner looked younger than ever as she headed out with daughter Kim Kardashian in Rome on Friday.

The matriarch, 70, underwent a $150,000 facelift last year, and the incredible results were on show as she was pictured heading to the Bvlgari store.

Kris was hidden behind a pair of oversized sunglasses but her taut complexion was still clear to see on the outing.

The mother-of-six also wore a pink Chanel jacket that she teamed with a burgundy co-ord and matching handbag.

By her side was Kim, who looked incredible in a plunging white dress that showed off her figure.

Kim has been celebrating her 46th birthday in style this week, kicking off the festivities on Tuesday by hosting a family party at Baldi restaurant, inside the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, before jetting to Europe.

While Kim was celebrating turning another year older, Kris has been doing all she can to turn back the clock.

Most recently it was claimed she's turned to peptides, specifically using them for her hair.

Peptides 'are short chains of amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) that can have a range of effects on the body', per Harvard Health.

She uses Omi’s Hair Growth Peptides, and is even a stakeholder in the brand. 'I started taking [them] as a gummy form, two a day, and it pretty much changed my life,' Kris effused earlier this year in a sponsored Instagram Story.

Kris insisted, according to Page Six: 'I’ve tried every product under the sun. After taking Omi consistently, I noticed my hair feeling thicker, stronger and just healthier overall.'

'I’m obsessed. I became a stakeholder because I believe in it, I use it, and I wouldn’t go a day without it.'

Social media influencers, podcasters and wellness clinics promote peptides as a convenient way to build muscle faster, heal injuries more quickly, reduce inflammation, lose fat, sleep better and more.

Kris had a facelift performed by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Steven M Levine a year ago.

She turned heads in May 2025 as she unveiled her refreshed face while in Paris for Kim's armed robbery trial.

A year later, while appearing on daughter Khloe Kardashian's Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, the reality television star refuted claims that she is unhappy with her facelift.

'Lately, [there's been] this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,' she began.

'The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth.

'It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.'

She declared: 'At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval. I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look.'

Kris previously told Vogue Arabia in September 2025 that undergoing cosmetic surgery is her way of 'aging gracefully'.

'I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,' she divulged. 'I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.'

'Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything.

'But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version.'
