Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker were loved-up as the adorably mushy couple held hands while running a 5K in New Orleans.

The Run Travis Run 5K was part of the kick off celebration for Sunday's Super Bowl in the Big Easy.

'I asked her, I said, "Do you want me to keep pulling you?" And she said yes, so I could kind of keep her going,' the Blink-182 drummer, 49, told People.

He added: 'Our hands were really sweaty and yeah, it was great.'

Travis said that when it comes to running, 'Sometimes she'll walk it and I'll just go crazy [running].'

But when it came to this 5K, he said his wife, 45, 'Had kind of hinted to me she wanted to run it, so I stayed at her pace.'

'She finished really, really good,' he said, adding her time was a '28-minute 5K.'

'I think it's nice being with someone that also shares that same passion about working out, taking care of each other,' he continued.

The proceeds from the Run Travis Run event will go to the LAFD Foundation and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, in the wake of the LA fires in Travis' hometown of Los Angeles.

'The running community is massive and it really inspired me to create Run Travis Run as a way to bring like-minded people together,' Barker said about his fitness initiative.

'I wanna motivate people to get outside and walk or run for a few hours, as well as make healthy decisions and create healthy habits.'

Kourtney and Travis worked out together even before any romantic spark grew between them.

'We actually got closer by working out every day. We were just friends, so it's never a matter of like, "Do you want to work out tomorrow?"' Barker told the outlet.

'It's always like, "Hey, what time are we working out? What are we doing?"'

Travis and Kourtney share 15-month-old Rocky Thirteen Barker and the proud dad says his youngest has drumming talent already.

'I mean [Rocky], he just turned 15 months today, and he's like already playing drums and guitar and everything, so I feel like all we can do is steer them,' he told People at the Run Travis Run event.

'I think you're born with like this DNA of who you are, but, like, we could always be there to just, you know, lead them in the right direction,' he added sharing that his young son also plays guitar.

Travis also said that as his children continue to grow, he hopes he and his wife can 'just lead by example' as they develop.

Travis also shares son Landon, 21, and daughter Alabama, 19, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, as well as Atiana, 25, Shanna's daughter from her relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya.

Kourtney is also mom to Mason, 15, Penelope, 12 and Reign, 10, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

'I love the idea of a blended family. I think that the more kids, the merrier. You have all these siblings and more people to love.

'It's a beautiful thing,' Kourtney said during the season 2 finale of The Kardashians.

And Barker loves being a dad.

'The most wonderful thing you could do at any time in your life is have a baby or bring a human being into this world,' Barker told People.

He said that becoming a dad again, 20 years later is, 'Just as good as I remembered it.'

'I love being a dad. That's my favorite accomplishment, it's my favorite thing I get to do every day.'
