Is this Kingdom Coming next?
Kingdom Come Deliverance developers Warhorse confirmed back in May that they've got a "new Kingdom Come adventure" in the works, alongside a Lord of the Rings RPG. The name of the former looks like it may now have been revealed via a freshly filed EU trademark for the phrase 'Kingdom Come Salvation'.
Originally spotted by Australian site Phrasemaker, this trademark for Kingdom Come Salvation was field yesterday, July 23rd, with the European Union's Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The listing features a graphic with the name in the font Warhorse typically use for the names of their Kingdom Come games. It also cites "computer gaming software" and "entertainment services for matching users with computer games" in its 'goods and services' section, suggesting that's what the trademark will be used for.
While the Warhorse Studios profile listed as having filed to own the trademark only has this one application linked to it on the EUIPO site - if it'd also applied for a Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 trademark, that'd have been a bit of a smoking gun - the lawyer listed as having filed for the trademark on their behalf does have a bunch of other trademark applications to her name.
Going by her firm's website, this lawyer named Dana Lukajová is a specialist patent attorney based in the Czech city of Prague, where Warhorse are also based.

As for what Kingdom Come Salvation'll look like, assuming it is the name of this next entry in the series, the filing offers no more clues. The pivot away from numbered Deliverance sequels could indicate a shift away from telling Henry of Skalitz's story or having him stay on as the protagonist. As TheGamer point out, Central Europe was rocked by the Hussite Wars starting in 1419, not too long after KCD2's adventure in 1403. This series of civil wars revolved around a schism between the established Catholic faith and the followers of proto-protestant Christian reformer Jan Hus, who was executed by the Catholic church in 1415 for heresy.
Naturally, amid all the fighting was plenty of chatter about what concepts like salvation mean or should look like in the context of worship.
