The 45-year-old multi-hyphenate was nearly unrecognizable in the shoulder-length hairpiece, which Nicole Kidman famously turns to for red carpet appearances.
Kardashian's new hairdo was parted on the side and teamed with an all-white ensemble.
She wore a low-cut minidress with a pleated skirt, adding a buttoned blazer that cinched her waist and teased her ample cleavage.
The fashionista tied a black scarf with white polka dots around her throat, and she rounded out the look with pointy-toed heels.
Joining her on set was her costar Fortune Feimster, 45.

Earlier this month, Kardashian was seen working on the movie, which is directed by Eva Longoria, at a Las Vegas casino.
She put her washboard abs on display while dressed in a red crop top and matching lace-up trousers.
The Fifth Wheel, which began filming in Los Angeles in February, follows 'a group of best friends from high school who attempt to reconnect during a weekend jaunt to Vegas.'
The official synopsis reads: 'When a hot outsider (Kardashian) crashes the weekend, they're forced to face their messy lives, bad decisions and unraveling friendships.'
The movie also stars comedians Will Ferrell, Jack Whitehall, Casey Wilson, Nikki Glaser and Brenda Song.
Kardashian, Ferrell and Longoria all have producer credits on the film.
Insiders previously told Deadline they expect Kardashian to 'be very hands-on' with the movie's marketing, as she has demonstrated a knack for branding throughout her wide-ranging career.
The bombshell billionaire most recently starred in Ryan Murphy's legal drama series All's Fair on Hulu alongside Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson and Niecy Nash.

She went on to appear in Ocean's Eight (2018) and Tyler Perry's 2013 film Temptation: Confessions Of A Marriage Counselor.
Kardashian has also lent her voice to the character Delores in two animated PAW Patrol movies.
