Ray J's former flame Shila Hasanoff alleged on Wednesday that he's 'very suicidal' over his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her momager Kris Jenner suing him for defamation, but he's since denied her claim.
Last September, the troubled 45-year-old wildly alleged on a livestream that the Kardashians were embroiled in some sort of criminal enterprise 'worse than Diddy' and he's 'working with prosecutors on a RICO case.'
On October 1, Kardashian and Jenner filed a 13-page defamation lawsuit - their first ever - against Ray J (born William Ray Norwood Jr.) in LA Superior Court - and denied all his claims.
The legal filing read: 'No such federal investigation exists; no law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against Ms. Kardashian or Ms. Jenner; and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations.'
The Love Cabin producer-host countersued the mother-daughter duo for allegedly breaching a $6 million contract over the 2007 Superstar sex tape with Kardashian that he claimed was brokered by Jenner including $400,000 contracts with Vivid Entertainment.
'He's been under a lot of pressure lately especially around the Kim and Kris situation. And whether people want to agree with him or not, it affects him in ways that people would never understand,' Hasanoff said on Instagram.

'He was staying at my place for a little bit and had a safe here, and I got a hold of all the documents with all the proof and it's been making him very suicidal.'
The 30-year-old private chef claimed Ray J was so upset over 'his legacy' being attacked that he made an attempt on his life at a hotel last Saturday before he called the LAPD in a panic.
'That night, I was only trying to grab him from jumping off the ledge and I let my emotions get the best of me,' Hasanoff said.
'And I slapped him. Not only did I slap him, I slapped the dogs*** out of him. And looking back, I regret it so much. But you know, he was really frustrated that night...I want to make something very clear - Ray has never put his hands on me.'
The Persian influencer added: 'Even if Ray never wants to f*** with me again, because I know what I did, it was wrong and I deeply regret it. I just need everyone to know what's going on.'
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Ray J for comment and has yet to hear back.
Hasanoff was not arrested for assaulting the R&B singer as neither of them cooperated with law enforcement.
'I'm feeling good right now. I'm not suicidal at this moment. I don't need to call a hotline. I'm perfectly stable,' Ray J told TMZ on Thursday morning.
He claimed: 'On the night of the incident, she was very aggressive with all the stuff going on. She put her hands on me and I literally got up out of there. [A] situation like that you get out of there to settle down the situation.'
The nepo brother of Brandy continued: 'Was I suicidal in that moment? I don't know what I was feeling. She slapped me out of control. I didn't know if it was March or April, my back tooth is loose. It was a massive blow. Hell yeah I called 911 because I left the hotel and she followed me.'
