Kim Kardashian's daughter North, 13, is nearly unrecognizable in latest WILD look as she bonds with dad Kanye West and stepmom Bianca Censori in LA

Kim Kardashian's daughter North looked nearly unrecognizable while sporting her latest wild look during an outing with dad Kanye West and stepmom Bianca Censori in L.A.

The 13-year-old, who has drawn attention for face 'piercings' as well as lip and nose studs in recent months, enjoyed a shopping excursion with the rapper, 49, and the Australian architect, 31, on Thursday. 

The teenager ditched her longer blue locks for a shorter bob with bangs and also appeared to be wearing black grillz. 

She additionally wore a pair of baggy black pants as well as a black printed top and comfy sneakers. 

North carried a small black purse with a fuzzy embellishment and completed the outfit with black shades. 

Daily Mail has reached out to reps of Kardashian for comment, but has yet to hear back.  

Censori opted for more covered-up outfit which comprised of fitted, black capri leggings and a long-sleeved black shirt. 

The media personality slipped into a pair of open-toed, black pumps and allowed her locks to flow down past her shoulders in light waves. 

West was also stylishly casual as he wore a plain black shirt as well as a pair of black leather pants. 

The Heartless rapper completed the ensemble with a black leather jacket and black boots. 

The trio were spotted stepping out of a black vehicle during the L.A. outing and briefly visited the store for brand H. Lorenzo. 

In one lighthearted moment, the teen was seen showing Censori something on her phone which caused both to let out laughs. 

The pair had been standing near a counter with purses and other items which they looked at. 

North and Censori later pulled pieces off a rack of clothing during the lowkey day of shopping.  

After spending some time inside the store, the teen joined her dad and stepmom as they strolled back outside. 

North appears to have a close relationship with West and Censori after being seen on other previous outings together. 

Back in May, she was supported by the pair at a Complex pop-up event for debut EP titled N0rth4evr.

The teen's latest hairstyle is the opposite of the longer blue locks that she has recently been sporting. 

North, who celebrated her 13th birthday on June 15, has also drawn attention as well as concern over bold 'piercings.' 

Earlier this month, she appeared in a clip uploaded to the joint TikTok account she shares with her famous mom. 

She appeared to be wearing silver studs under one eye and on the bridge of her nose. 

North also held her hands up to show off long nails and spiked bracelets, while her vibrant blue hair was styled into pigtails. 

Kardashian soon jumped to her Instagram stories to promote the teen musician's upcoming concert tour with 21-year-old rapper Molly Santana. 

The tour is schedule to kick off on August 5 in Dallas, Texas and ends August 27 in North's hometown of Los Angeles, California. In total, she will take to the stage for 14 shows in the U.S. 

Last month in June, North was seen attending the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 show during Paris Fashion Week.

She styled her vibrant blue locks into separate ponytails while also sporting a black sweatshirt and pleated skirt.

North also slipped into black boots and accessorized with a choker necklace and matching bracelet for an edgy flare.

She additionally shocked as she completed the look with what appeared to be fake studs on her nose and lips.

North was also joined by her famous mom's sometime stylist Danielle Levi for the fashion event.

The teen is no stranger to unveiling other bold looks in the past. 

In May as she attended a pop-up event for her album, North sported bleached eyebrows.

It came as the 13-year-old sparked fan concern over 'risky' finger and 'facial piercings' in recent months.

Last year in August, she revealed what appeared to be a dermal piercing on her right hand during a trip to Italy with her mother, which consisted of two small silver balls below her knuckle on her middle finger.

And in October, the preteen also posted to TikTok and debuted fake face tattoos as well as grillz.

Late last year in December, North jumped to the joint TikTok account she shares with her famous mom to offer a response towards the criticism she received over the piercings.

In January, she seemingly revealed more finger piercings despite fan concern over the 'risky' procedure.

A few months later, North uploaded photos to her Instagram page as she showed off what appeared to be 'face piercings' while on a shopping spree.

The teen and her dad also dropped a song titled Piercing On My Hand, which appeared to be a response towards negative criticism over her piercings.

Just one day earlier, West and Censori were seen enjoying a lowkey errand run together on Wednesday in Los Angeles. 

The couple have been filtering through a busy summer season thus far.

Last month in June, the two stars were seen spending time in Switzerland and stopped by Art Basel during the trip.

The couple whisked themselves back to the United States where the rapper hit the stage in Tampa for two nights in late June amid his Ye Live In Concert Tour.

The tour is in support of his 12th studio album Bully which dropped earlier this year on March 28.

West, who also goes by Ye, performed a show on July 4 in San Antonio, Texas despite facing criticism and backlash.

Some of West's other concerts have been cancelled due to his past anti-Semitic remarks, such as the Wireless Festival in London earlier this month.

Over the past weekend on Saturday, West performed in Albania on July 11.

And he will travel back to Europe for a concert in Madrid, Spain scheduled for July 30.

His tour is slated to conclude later this year with two dates on September 3 and September 4 in Chicago.
