Kim Kardashian Steps Out With Lewis Hamilton in Tokyo Amid Dating Rumors

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton might have the formula for a racing romance.

Months after sparking dating rumors, the Kardashians star and the seven-time Formula 1 champion seemingly went Instagram official.

In an Instagram video shared by Lewis, 41, April 6, he raced through the streets of Tokyo in a red Ferrari car. As he drifted the vehicle, Kim, 45, was revealed to be sitting in the front passenger seat.

And when the SKIMS founder was asked what she thought of the experience, she replied with a smile, “That’s insane.”

Indeed, Kim joined Lewis in Japan as he prepared for the Japanese Grand Prix last month, shopping around Tokyo with her sister Khloe Kardashian. Kim’s kids North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6— who she shares with ex-husband Kanye West—were also along for the trip, as Kim posted about on Instagram at the time.

Kim and Lewis first sparked dating speculation in January, when they were spotted at the same New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colo. Rumors were further fueled the following month, when the pair were spotted hopping on a private flight from U.K. to Paris together.

Since then, Lewis continued to keep up with Kim on social media, dropping a heart-eye emoji on a March 16 Instagram post of her Vanity Fair Oscars after-party look while he was in Shanghai for the Chinese Grand Prix.

And while Lewis’ latest post is the first time Kim has appeared on his social media accounts, fans speculated that the racing legend had already shown up on the reality star’s own Instagram.

In a video posted to her account in February, in which she and her sisters attempted to recreate a TikTok trick, several voices could be heard laughing and commenting in the background.

As one fan put it, “Am I the only one who can hear Lewis’s laugh?”

While neither have publicly commented on their relationship status, Kim previously discussed the possibility of finding a new partner.

"I’m the biggest hopeless romantic,” she admitted on a November episode of The Kardashians. “When the right person comes along, I’ll be so ready and everything will be fine."
