The reality TV star, 45, and the British Formula One racing driver, 41, made their first joint public outing as they attended the star-studded Super Bowl LX on Sunday.
A lip reader unmasked the high-stakes conversation between the F1 ace and the SKIMS mogul, as Lewis seemingly promised Kim that she would meet his mum in a viral clip from the broadcast.
The couple appear to be going from strength to strength, having spent time together in LA with Kim's family.
New reports have claimed Kim's family 'adore and approve' of Lewis, with the pair 'keen to keep their romance moving forward'.

'Lewis has been in LA, spending time with Kim and her family. They all adore him, especially her mum Kris [Jenner], who has loved having Lewis around.
'They're all really approving of this relationship. They just want to see Kim happy', according to The Sun.
Daily Mail has contacted Kim and Lewis' representatives for comment.
At the Super Bowl, expert Nicola Hickling, who is the founder of LipReader, examined the couple's intimate conversation.

James noted that, 'Kim adds to the flirting when the tip of her tongue appears at the side of her mouth. This is usually seen as a gesture of playful desire or interest.'
'But then she seems to switch to a very smart technique of intense interest followed by distraction, suddenly looking away after bathing Lewis in her interested gaze.'
'She even brings one hand up to touch her hair and hide her face from him. This hot/cool body language technique is used to capture someone's attention and to get them to coax the signals of interest back again,' James observed.
'Kim's hand to hair gesture looks like a preen here, suggesting she sees Lewis as a very suitable "catch" to show off with pride at this public event.'
The mum of four rocked a black fur jacket and a pair of oversized sunglasses as she chatted with Hamilton.
Her hair was styled into a glamorous up do, and she accessorised with a chunky choker necklace.
Eagle-eyed viewers were quick to spot the pair on their screens during the broadcast.
