Khloe Kardashian shows off her gym-honed body in a very revealing nude dress as she celebrates sister Kim's 46th birthday

Khloe Kardashian flaunted her gym-honed figure in a revealing nude dress as she helped celebrate sister Kim Kardashian's 46th birthday on Tuesday.

The reality star, 42, looked incredible in the semi-sheer number which perfectly hugged her curves amid the celebrations at Baldi restaurant, inside the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

Khloe oozed confidence in the revealing dress, beneath which she wore a bodysuit, with the stunner teaming this with coordinating pointed, nude heels and a white bag.

The Good American co-founder was all smiles as she partied alongside sisters Kim, Kourtney, 47, Kylie, 29, mother Kris Jenner, 70 and her rarely seen brother Rob, 39.

Missing from the family fun was Kendall Jenner, who didn't appear to attend her older sister's birthday bash.

Kim also took to her Instagram Stories to share a snap from inside the event, which saw her blowing out the candles on a massive red cake.

Kourtney also shared two snaps from inside the restaurant, with a partial view of a menu that read 'Happy Birthday Kim'. Another photo featured a look at Kardashian's magnificent cake.

She also shared a sweet throwback of them together in pajamas.

'City walk vibes we would go out like this pigtails, pajamas and adidas,' she wrote over the photo.

Khloe later took to her Instagram stories to share pictures of herself and Kim as she paid tribute to her older sister on her birthday.

Khloe shared a snap of the siblings on a boat trip before uploading a fun snap of them on a private jet wearing fur coats and Skims face wraps, penning: 'I love you and our adventures!!! We are nuts but at least nuts together.'

Another image saw Khloe and Kim rocking glamorous gowns and dark shades, with Khloe writing: 'Forever my girl! Forever grateful for you.'

Throwing it back to her younger years, Khloe concluded her birthday tribute with a childhood snap of the pair.

Kris also took to Instagram on Wednesday to celebrate her daughter.

'Happy birthday to my Kimberly!!! ❤️' she wrote on a post that featured numerous snaps of the star throughout her life.

'There are so many things I love about you, but one of my favorites is that no matter how much you accomplish, you never lose sight of what matters most.

'You show up for the people you love, you give everything you do your whole heart, and you somehow always find a way to make the impossible possible.

'I love watching you chase your dreams, and continue to surprise us all with what you do next! You are such an amazing mommy, and seeing how much you love your babies makes my heart so happy. I am so blessed to be your mommy and experience this beautiful life with you.'

'I love you endlessly, and I’m so proud of you my beautiful girl. Happy birthday!!! ❤️@kimkardashian.'

Her daughter North, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West, 49, also shared a tribute, posting a snap of Kardashian asleep in a chair as she giggled next to her.

'Happy birthday @kimkardashian ily,' she wrote.

Kardashian also reposted a tribute from Jeff Bezos's wife, Lauren Sánchez Bezos, who shared a group photo with the caption, 'Happy Birthday to this beauty. We love you so much!!!!'

Tributes continued to pour out for the star, with Victoria Beckham also sharing an Instagram snap of her and Kardashian as well as daughter Harper.
