Their moms, Kris Jenner and Melanie Griffith, are longtime friends, and Johnson appeared in Instagram photos with Jenner in August 2025.
In photos shared by DeuxMoi, they were also seen at a Tame Impala concert last November.
Jenner has been enjoying a romance with Australian actor Jacob Elordi since April, while Johnson is reportedly 'having the best sex of her life' with new beau MGK.
Last weekend, the twosome left a studio together before taking off in his red Maserati.
The stars first fueled dating rumors when they both stopped by friend Taylor Swift's apartment in New York City in September.
The Verity actress had arrived at the residence solo, with MGK showing up 30 minutes later.
