Kelly Osbourne appears to have moved on from her split with Sid Wilson as she enjoyed a night out with OnlyFans model Brad North in Manchester this week.
The TV personality, 41, called off her romance with former Slipknot member Sid, 49, in March this year, with the ex-couple sharing three-year-old son Sidney.
And despite her recent heartbreak, and the growing divide between herself and mother Sharon, Kelly is thought to have grown close to heavily tattooed Brad, 28, after meeting online, with the two having reportedly enjoyed a string of dates together.
Kelly and Brad were seen in Manchester at a hotel launch, with the hunk – who is said to charge fans £10 a month for content on OnlyFans – spotted in the background as Kelly posed for snaps.
The daughter of late rocker Ozzy Osbourne looked elegant in a black dress with sheer lace panels, while Brad – who waited by the door for her – kept things casual in a baseball cap.
And in pictures obtained by The Sun, their chemistry was undeniable, with one sizzling snap later showing Brad's arm wrapped around her waist as they gazed at each other.

A source said of the couple: 'There were hundreds of people around them but that didn’t seem to bother Kelly. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Kelly is clearly really happy with him.'
They added to the publication: 'Some people might be snooty about dating someone who does adult work, but Kelly isn’t worried. It has raised a few eyebrows amongst her close friends, but she doesn’t care. She’s been through so much with Ozzy dying and her split from Sid, so it’s lovely to see her smiling again.'
The pair, who are said to have been seeing each other for months, also attended a recent Bon Jovi gig together, with a photo showing the two looking very close as they posed in the music venue.
The Daily Mail has contacted Kelly's representatives for comment.
OnlyFans star Brad, who also works as a model and tattoo artist, goes by the name of Uglynorth on the subscription service, charging his followers £10 to view his racy content.
He reportedly tells his followers on his page: 'If you like a man who’s loyal, eager, and easy to please… I’m right here. Just say hi, or slip something into my tip jar.'
More explicit content is available at a higher cost, reports The Sun, with the internet personality also making cash by flogging his used underwear to fans.
It comes as Kelly is said to be in a 'happier place' following her split from Sid, her brother Jack has revealed.
In a new interview, Jack, 40, revealed how Kelly has been focusing on her son and living her life in the countryside.

He told The Sun: 'Kelly’s living her country life. You know, she’s living out by the house and she’s just doing her thing, being a mum. She’s in a happier place and she’s got a good routine going. She’s focusing on her and her son.'
In August, Kelly appeared to hit out at her ex-fiancé Sid after he was kicked out of his band Slipknot.
Kelly shared an impassioned Instagram post, where she wrote: 'I can't protect you from yourself anymore.'
She said: 'Wake the f**k up and take some responsibility. I will not take your s**t anymore. I'm done.
'I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. Let me heal.'
Kelly went on to say: 'Strange how the loudest defence of the guilty is rarely innocence... It's distraction. When the mask slips, they don't face the mirror they throw it at someone else. I heard that when you break a mirror you get seven years bad luck. Or is that karma?
In another Story, Kelly wrote 'Also while I'm at it can I have my dogs back and all my possessions Oh yeah and maybe some child support?'
'This is why I always take accountability. As they say some are sicker than others.'
The Daily Mail contacted Sid's representatives for comment at the time.
