Keith Urban has revealed the very surprising activity and his wife Nicole Kidman engage in together.

The country music star, 56, admitted he joins the Aussie actress, 57, in indulging in a touch of self-care by getting skincare facials and using LED light therapy face masks.

Speaking on the Kyle & Jackie O Show to promote his world tour, Keith gave hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson an insight into his skincare regime.

'Do you enjoy the, you know, when you get the steaming facials? I like that,' Kyle, 53, asked Keith.

Keith then replied: 'I'm always glad I do it. But I always forget to,' before revealing he has even tried out the expensive LED masks, which aim to stimulate collagen and minimise redness and wrinkles.

When asked by Kyle if he had tried an LED mask, Keith added: 'Yeah, they're pretty good!' as he confirmed he has joined Nicole and their daughters Sunday, 16, and Faith, 14, in the practice.

Kyle then gushed over Keith's youthful appearance as he admitted his lavish skincare regime must be working for him.

'They obviously work better for you than me, you're very handsome!' the radio shock jock quipped.

Keith has been spending time in Sydney in recent days with his youngest daughter Faith while his wife Nicole is at Venice Film Festival, where her erotic new thriller Babygirl is premiering.

On Sunday, Keith was left blushing when he was asked if has seen Nicole's steamy new movie, which she recently admitted was her 'most exposing' project ever.

His comments came on The Project, where comedian and guest panelist David Walliams was keen to hear the singer's thoughts on the racy flick.

'Have you seen Nicole's new movie, Babygirl? It's meant to be an erotic thriller,' he asked.

Keith admitted that he had not watched it yet, which prompted David to probe: 'Are you looking forward to it?'

A flustered Keith confessed: 'Very much' before adding that he was 'very proud' of Nicole, because 'she is very bold with her choices'.

Nicole recently admitted she felt 'vulnerable' filming multiple scenes of masturbation and a depiction of a submissive/dominant relationship for the erotic new thriller.

The actress said her hands were shaking with nerves yesterday as the film was unveiled, making its global premiere at the Venice Film Festival.

She said an intimacy co-ordinator and closed set had been vital to conjuring the sex scenes, which tell the story of her character's existential crisis, resolved through a taboo-busting sexual odyssey.

'I think this film is obviously yes about sex, but it's about desire it's about your inner thoughts, it's about secrets, it's about marriage, it's about truth, power, consent,' she shared.

'This is one woman's story and this is I hope a very liberating story. It's told by a woman through her gaze. It's Halina (Reijn's) script, she wrote it and she directs and that made it unique, that suddenly I was going to be in the hands of a woman with this material. It was very dear to our shared instincts and very, very freeing.'

She said she was 'exposed and vulnerable and frightened when it comes to giving it to the world' but that her experience of making it had been 'delicate and intimate and very deep'.

On Sunday, Keith was left blushing when he was asked if has seen Nicole's steamy new movie, in which her character starts a risky affair with her younger intern (Harris Dickinson)

'I knew she wasn't going to exploit me. However anyone interprets that, I didn't feel exploited. I felt very much a part of that,' she went on.

'There was enormous caretaking by all of us, we were all very gentle with each other and helped each other. It felt very authentic, protected and, at the same time, real.'

The film opens with Nicole's character, Romy Mathis, faking a orgasm while having sex with her husband, played by Antonio Banderas, and then going into another room and masturbating to pornography.

Her character, a high-powered New York business executive, then starts a risky affair with her much-younger intern, played by Harris Dickinson.
