'I knew how intimidating it is stepping into a new part of your career and coming from a working class background. I just wanted her to know that I'm a girls' girl.'

Kaya plays impeccably styled criminal boss Susie Glass in the series, while Maya makes her acting debut as Eddie Horniman's glamorous girlfriend, Aisha
Guy Ritchie's Netflix series, which landed in 2024 and carries the same name as the 2019 movie, stars Theo James as Eddie Horniman, who in the first series suddenly inherited his late father's country estate and the title of the 13th Duke of Halstead.
Eddie discovers that his new country pile actually houses a sprawling underground cannabis empire, forcing him to immerse himself in the criminal world, which he slowly develops a taste for.
Marking her first major acting role, Maya's character Aisha is introduced as the glamorous girlfriend of one of Eddie's criminal associates.
Maya fits right in, with her character seen wielding a shotgun while dressed in a traditional tweed jacket and flat cap in the trailer for the new series.
The rest of the cast reprise their season one roles. Vinnie plays hardman Geoffrey Seacombe and Kaya is Susie Glass, the ice-cold daughter of Ray's crime boss character Bobby.
At the start of the series, it has been a year since Eddie and Susie joined forces to work together overseas as part of Bobby's operation.
But it soon becomes clear that neither of them agree with the recent decisions that kingpin Bobby has made.
With Bobby standing in the way of expanding the criminal empire, Eddie and Susie must decide whether to fall in line or make their own moves.
