Katie Price's nine-bedroom Mucky Mansion 'sells for a fraction of the listing price as model FINALLY finds a buyer for the rundown property'

Katie Price's nine-bedroom Mucky Mansion is potentially being sold for a fraction of the listing price.

The glamour model, 46, has finally found a buyer for the rundown £1.5million home after she slashed the price of the property a second time.

Katie, who was evicted for not paying the mortgage, lowered the listing to £1.35million in October after already failing to sell it for the original asking price.

It is now being snapped up for £1.15million, a stark contrast to the figure Katie thought the Sussex mansion was worth.

A public notice on Rightmove states: 'Mortgagees in possession are now in receipt of an offer for the sum of £1,150,000.'

Nonetheless, Katie won't see a penny for the sale as it will be as it will be swallowed up by the debts she previously ran up against the Sussex home.

When the home was first listed, a brochure told potential buyers not to fall into Katie's empty pool and also warned the land could be contaminated by waste.

An online advert said the pad could be flipped into an 'impressive family house' after refurbishment.

Making no mention of its famous former owner, the ad described the property as: 'A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.'

Bailiffs evicted the star and her family from their West Sussex home in May after she failed to keep up payments on the monthly mortgage.

The former model had paid £1.35m for the property in 2014 from former Tory peer Francis Maude and it featured in a Channel Four series as she attempted to renovate the house.

When she moved out she claimed the house was ‘cursed’.

Talking about Mucky Mansion she said: 'I've had nothing but bad memories in that house', and insisted moving will be the start of a new chapter in her life.

Contract cleaners were brought in to clear away the piles of rubbish and spruce up the property before it was put on the market by local estate agents HJ Burt.

Katie sparked concern from fans as she showed off the snatched results of her latest £10,000 facelift via an Instagram post on Tuesday.

The TV personality jetted off to Turkey earlier this year to undergo the procedure, her sixth facelift in total.

However, a handful of Katie's followers suggested she had ruined her looks with the costly surgery.

Sharing a video with her followers, the mother-of-five could be seen wearing a baby pink vest as she told her followers to check out her subscription based OnlyFans page.

She said: 'Don't forget to look at my OnlyFans new content... Christmas is coming up! Check out my OnlyFans.'

But fans were somewhat distracted by her new look rather than the ad for her racier online content.

One fan wrote: 'Darling, in the nicest possible way… You really need to start looking after your body rather than selling it.'; 'Why have you done this to yourself? You were a natural beauty.'

While others added: 'Really is sad what she had done to herself.'; 'Ruined her lovely face.' 'Omg she can't wink.'

Katie's Financial Woes

2019 - Katie was declared bankrupt with debts of £3.2m from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd, that was set up to oversee her perfume and cosmetics line.

She set up the company in 2003 but in 2017 an application was put in to wind up the company as she tried to sort out her finances.

When she was declared bankrupt she vowed to pay back £12,000 a month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.

The bankruptcy meant Katie, once worth a reported £45million, faced losing her £2million 11-bedroom mansion.

She took out a second mortgage on the property in 2015, but faced monthly payments of £12,300.

2022 - The former model had been due to attend the Royal Court of Justice to explain to a judge why she has failed to repay millions owed to creditors.

However, the hearing was adjourned at the last minute with her solicitors giving no reason for Katie's no show before the court.

March 2024 - She was again declared bankrupt over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05. The demand for payment was made by HMRC in October 2023.

A court was told the bill 'derives from self-assessments' for 2020-2021 and 2021-22 and includes income VAT, tax, surcharges and interest.

Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis told the hearing at London's Rolls Building: 'There has been no response from the debtor. The papers are in order.

'There is a substantial debt due from Ms Price to HMRC and therefore I will make a bankruptcy order.'

May 2024 - Katie is evicted from her home after being served with a notice and given weeks to leave. She is told bailiffs will arrive at 10am on 29 May to ensure she and any other occupants have vacated the property.
