Katie Price introduced fans to her 'three newborns' as she showed off her hyper-realistic reborn dolls in a new YouTube video on Thursday.

The former glamour model, 46, shocked her followers back in October by sharing that her 'twins' had finally arrived, before revealing they were actually dolls.

The lifelike babies cost anywhere between £300 to a staggering £20,000 and are often used by mothers grieving the loss of a baby.

Now, ahead of the release of her new Channel 4 show about her IVF journey, Katie spoke about the dolls in a new YouTube video, alongside her sister Sophie and boyfriend JJ Slater.

In the 12-minute clip, Katie was chilling in bed holding her niece Olive, while her sister caught up on work in the background.

She told her 354,000 subscribers: 'Everyone was asking me online about babies because I put pictures up with babies. So I do have my own babies - here they are.

Now, ahead of the release of her new Channel 4 show about her IVF journey, Katie spoke about the dolls in a new YouTube video, alongside her sister Sophie and boyfriend JJ Slater

'I do have an IVF show coming out this year because I did try and because I love babies. I've got three newborns and here they are.'

Former Married At First Sight star JJ then headed into another room to bring the dolls in to show the camera.

Laying them out on the bed and holding them as well as Olive, Katie explained: 'I've got a girl, they're twins. Everyone's going to think I'm nuts.'

She continued: 'These are good for people who can't have babies. People who have stillborns, people who have lost babies. The company actually do them for people like that. And why can't you be an adult and have a doll? That's what I say.'

JJ then picked them back up and said he would 'put them back to their beds' as Katie continued fiming her video.

Katie's new Channel 4 show, which will air on January 20 and 21, follows her IVF pregnancy journey with her ex Carl Woods.

Despite the pair breaking up in 2023, the former glamour model and ex Love Island star have given the channel the go-ahead to broadcast the personal footage for a two-part show.

Carl told Closer magazine he and Katie chose a surrogate together, who suggested they go to Cyprus to give it a go, before they split.

The fly on the wall documentary, will also feature all of Katie children but TV insiders have said her current boyfriend JJ Slater won't feature.

Katie is a proud mum to son Harvey, 22, with former footballer Dwight York, son Junior, 19, daughter Princess, 17, with her first husband Peter Andre, and son Jett, 10, and daughter Bunny, nine, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

Speaking of the pictures that were circulating of Katie with the reborn dolls last year, a source told The Sun in October: 'She's posing with two dolls. These ones are known as reborn dolls and, while they look incredibly lifelike, they're not real.

'She's doing it to get people interested in her IVF journey, which she's made a TV show about for Channel 4. It's out next year.

'It's also part of her preparations for a future pregnancy, as she hopes to successfully welcome twins via a surrogate.'

The insider added that there were subtle differences between the dolls and real babies including the newborn scrunch, as well Katie purposefully covering their faces and putting hats on them indoors.

The revelation came after Katie shared a photo cuddling a newborn baby boy to her chest last year.

Captioning the sweet shot with the unknown child, she baffled followers as she wrote: 'Evening cuddles with my boy'.

Elsewhere in Thursday's new video, the former glamour model touched on her plans for the New Year and revealed she's feeling 'excited'.

She confidently quipped: 'I've got a busy year. I'm gonna do a mood board of all things I want to achieve this year. And I'm gonna make it happen. Why?

'Because not only am I manifesting it. The way I am, I feel like the old me again where I'm realistic and whatever I want to achieve I know I will achieve - tunnel vision, that's the way forward.

'Manifest, get it done, no excuses, just get on with it, so I'm very excited for this year - very excited.'

She also admitted that she's struggling to stick her New Year's resolution of vaping and lifted the lid on her career aspirations.

'I was trained to be a nurse when I left school and I just want to be a paramedic or air ambulance,' she said.

Katie insisted: 'I am going to do it because the seed is there. It’s just finding the time to do it. I obviously won’t do it full time but to be qualified and help. I just love it. I’m just bred to do that really. Caring, I love it and I’m very patient.'

It comes just after Katie sparked concern again with her gaunt appearance as she appeared in a new social media clip with her daughter Princess on Thursday night.

The former glamour model recently left fans worried about her health among fans when she showcased her noticeably slimmer figure in an Instagram video this week.

She wore a tight purple co-ord that showed off her figure and drastic weight loss which caused concern in the comments.

And on Thursday she was trying a fun social media trend with Princess, 17, where they had to replicate sounds.

Katie wore a tight black top in the video as one fan penned in the caption: 'Katie is clearly not well.

'Hope she gets help soon as she's looking skinnier everytime a video gets posted.. so sad.'

Katie first left fans concerned about her health after showcasing a noticeably slimmer figure in a new Instagram video this week.

She shared a clip on Wednesday promoting her friend's clothing brand, JYY London, while wearing a burgundy co-ord.

In the video, Katie strutted confidently in the skin-tight two-piece, but her visibly thinner legs sparked concern among her followers.

Fans flooded the comment section with messages urging her to prioritise her health, with many pleading: 'No more weight loss.'

They commented: 'Omg Katie what's happening to you,'

'Ozempic working its wonders again….'

'From a place of love - I've loved you my entire life … please eat,'

'Who is looking after her? This needs flagging up before it goes too far,'

'Looking frail and elderly,'

'Yeah this isn't healthy Katie, please get some help,'

'The sad reality of body dysmorphia. Easier for people on the outside to spot.'

In October last year, Katie responded the concerns over her drastic weight-loss, by exclusively telling MailOnline it was the result of a new gym regime.

She had worried her followers after modelling a skimpy cardigan dress on Instagram form her friend's clothing brand, showing her legs looking much thinner.

But a representative for Katie insisted to MailOnline at the time: 'Katie has always been tiny and she's recently been enjoying going to the gym more and getting herself into a routine with exercise etc which has been beneficial for her overall well being.'
