Katie Holmes, 47, looks giddy as she drinks wine and cuddles with toyboy Jason Bard Yarmosky, 39, on Lake Como

Katie Holmes looked totally loved-up with her younger toyboy Jason Bard Yarmosky when they were spotted enjoying a romantic outing on Lake Como in recent days.

The 47-year-old actress and filmmaker showed off plenty of affection with the 39-year-old New York City–based artist as they were ferried across the lake on a small boat.

Holmes looked positively giddy as she and her new love interest both sipped champagne from wine glasses on their luxurious Italian getaway.

After their trip, the lovebirds jetted off to France for Paris Fashion Week, where they were among the international stars gracing the Carine Roitfeld party at the renowned caviar house Le Prunier.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Holmes's representatives and Yarmosky for comment but has not yet heard back. 

Holmes and Yarmosky were spotted heading out for the boat ride around 6.30pm as the sun was beginning to set.

Their outing comes after a source close to Holmes told the Daily Mail that Yarmosky 'makes her feel amazing.' 

They added that she would 'definitely entertain the thought of marrying Jason one day.'

Fittingly for the fashion-focused trip, the Dawson's Creek star looked as chic as ever on Lake Como in a black leather jacket to combat the breeze. 

She layered the jacket over a cream-colored cable knit sweater, and she stuck to the muted color palette with a pair of black pants.

Holmes accessorized with a stylish pair of angular cat-eye sunglasses to block out the setting sun, and she framed them with her wavy brunette locks.

Yarmosky was dressed more casually in a black sweatshirt and a navy blue US Open baseball cap. 

The two looked as if they were deep in conversation, and both broke into smiles repeatedly.

In one fun moment, Holmes leaned against her boyfriend and stretched one bare foot over the side of the boat as they got close for a selfie.

The Batman Begins actress appeared to toast the camera, while Yarmosky held up a bottle of what appeared to be Veuve Clicquot while snapping the photo.

After wrapping up their time on the water, Holmes and Yarmosky headed back into town for dinner at a local restaurant.

This is their second trip to Lake Como in recent days, as Holmes and Yarmosky had visited the haven for international elites just two weeks earlier.

The couple had previously attended the Calvin Klein show for New York Fashion Week earlier in September, and last week they were spotted at the Tod's show in Milan.

Paris Fashion Week kicked off its Spring/Summer 2027 edition focused on womenswear on Monday.

Earlier this month, Holmes shared snaps from her previous Italian getaway with Yarmosky on Instagram. 

The photos included steamy photos of the two kissing, as well as images of the stunning landscapes, and Yarmosky emphasized their connection by also sharing the photos on his account.

Holmes was first linked to Yarmosky in June, and they fueled the romance speculation the following month by arriving hand-in-hand at a screening of Olivia Wilde's acclaimed sex comedy The Invite.

An audience member at the premiere told People: 'He was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing. They seemed very easy together, and there was a smile on her face all night.

'They sat together during the movie; she had her head on his shoulder at one point,' the eyewitness continued. 'They looked very cute.'

Yarmosky is a visual artist whose paintings have been hung at the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and other major institutions, while also gracing the windows of Bergdorf Goodman's on Fifth Avenue.

Much of his art has been family-focused, with his grandparents serving as regular subjects of his paintings.

'The art that speaks to me the most is personal,' Yarmosky said during a 2016 appearance at the School of Visual Arts in New York. 'For me, it’s not about conventional beauty. In our society, we don’t celebrate getting older. We celebrate youth, but it’s inevitable that we all age. So why can’t we celebrate the full life cycle?'

'With my work, I’m able to explore questions of memory and time to reveal the tension between the physical and psychological transformations that my grandparents are going through,' he continued.

This is Katie's first public relationship since she dated the bass player Bobby Wooten III in 2022. 

They were ultimately together for less than a year.

Prior to that, the Logan Lucky actress dated Jamie Foxx for six years following the end of her marriage to Tom Cruise, with whom she shares 20-year-old daughter Suri.
