Kathy Griffin put the results of her $218k facelift on display Sunday as she enjoyed an outing in sunny Malibu, California.
The comedienne, 65, had on flattering makeup as she looked taut from the nip tuck that made headline news last year.
She covered up her fair complexion with a straw sun hat and left her famous red hair flowing as she stepped out for a power walk in her serene neighborhood.
Amid scorching temperatures, Griffin tried to stay cool in a pink cropped top and flowing high-waisted pants paired with casual sneakers and a trendy crossbody bag that had a bottle of water stuffed in it.
The stand-up star has been very candid about undergoing her third facelift.
For the surgery she enlisted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Ben Talei, and has shared that she had liposuction on her thighs and had the body fat injected into her face.

'I think it's so funny, some of these folks, men and women, who obviously had work done – they say, “I went to a spa for a week,” or they come up with some excuse,' she told Entertainment Tonight.
'I have a new face, you can tell I look different than I did before.'
The My Life on the D-List star has admitted the recovery wasn’t easy.
'It's painful, and when people say it isn't, they're lying,' she continued in the October 2025 interview.
Griffin added that she wanted very noticeable results this time around.
'They yanked my face. I said, “Give me a good yank.” I said, “Doctor, I don't want to see you in six months. Get in there and start pulling, yanking.''’
Griffin admitted that she has no regrets about going under the knife again.
Asked whether she was satisfied with the results of the pricey procedure, Griffin admitted: 'I kind of am. I know, I'm shallow.'
The funnywoman's latest outing comes as she prepares to embark on another leg of her New Face, New Tour from September 11 in Tacoma, Washington.
Her tour stops include Las Vegas, Portland, New York City and Chicago.

The pals have separately made headlines for their outspoken opposition to President Trump.
'I'm just going to come out and say it. Are you ready? It's embarrassing to say, but I have to tell you guys, because we're friends: my feelings are really hurt that I was not invited to go on Rosie's week of the Jimmy Kimmel show,' Griffin said in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
Griffin reassured fans that there are no hard feelings.
'I will watch every night and cheer her on,’ Griffin said. ‘Of course. If I have one call to action, it’s that you guys watch the show and support her.'
O’Donnell, 64, hosted four nights of shows during Kimmel’s summer vacation but claimed in a comment on the video that she had no say in what big names were on the lineup for her late-night stint.
'Kathy- shoulda called me honey - I didn't choose the guests …,' the A League Of Their Own alum responded.
