Katherine Heigl is downsizing and listed her custom-built Utah mansion set on 25 sprawling acres for $10.6 million.
The former Grey's Anatomy star, 47, and her husband, Josh Kelley, 46, plan to move into another smaller Victorian home they bought last year and renovated that's not far from their current home, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The home is 8,000 square feet and boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Heigl and her husband have lived in the home for 18 years and raised a family, which includes daughters Naleigh, 17, and Adalaide, 14, and son, Joshua, nine.
'It's been very hard to decide to let it go. I'm a real sort-of homebody and creature of habit,' she told the outlet.
But Heigl, who drew backlash for attending a fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago earlier this year, already seeing what the future will be like when the kids move out and that prompted her and the Georgia Clay singer to decide to part ways now rather than later.

'When they're all gone—all slaying their own dragons and living their lives—it's just you and me in this giant house on this giant land,' Heigl surmised.
The animal activist paid $1 million for the land in 2007 before marrying Kelley in December of that year in Park City. They starting building their dream home the following year.
The couple initially divided time between Los Angeles and the home they named Badlands Ranch – after the surrounding rugged and rocky terrain - before making the Utah abode their permanent base in 2012.
The master bedroom features a sitting area and roomy walk-in closet while the master bath boasts a bathtub that sits on its own, according to the listing, per WSJ.
The home comes with 30-foot-high steel fireplace while the kitchen has an impressive island and hidden pantry.
Outdoor terraces offer space for entertaining in addition to panoramic views of the mountains. There's a heated pool and other thoughtful amenities.
Over the years the couple added a home theater and an art studio where Heigl could work on her many hobbies including painting and yarn work.
The couple also have a 'listening shack' on the estate, a small standalone building crafted from 'two-hundred-year-old reclaimed oak,' according to the listing.

'That was the fun part of getting older, growing up, and understanding who you are,' Heigl told the outlet about all the renovations they made.

'I just don't see how I could go off and make a movie for three months or a television series for nine months,' she told E! News in 2025.
‘Nothing shoots in Utah, so I have to go on location, and it's just it's not something right now that I can fathom doing successfully. I think I would be so torn and divided,' she said, adding that she feels 'so much joy and contentment and clarity and grounding' in her life in Utah.
