Kate Moss's former best friend, celebrity party planner Fran Cutler, has broken her silence on cutting off famous friends amid her years-long rift with the supermodel.

The fixer to the stars, 63, who organised Kate's birthday parties for years before the pair fell out in 2018, said she has cut several friends out of her life and keeps secret 'hit lists' of everyone she believes has wronged her.

'I write lists of people. I've got hit lists about everyone,' Fran told the Second Act with Ateh Jewel podcast.

She said: 'It's not about getting into my parties or anything like that. It's like, I see you, I know you are. I write it down at night when I'm bored.'

'I don't talk about them - I just keep it on a list and I think, I've got you and I know exactly who you are. And you know what? People show their true colours all the time.'

Fran made her name in the Nineties for being the woman A-listers had on speed dial when they wanted to party.

Dubbed the 'party Rottweiler' for her ruthless approach to the velvet rope, she organised the wildest, most exclusive bashes for the hedonistic Primrose Hill set, including Kate, 52, who was her closest friend for more than two decades.

'I helped organise all of Kate's birthdays, and we've had tremendous, tremendous fun,' Fran recalled candidly on the podcast.

The pair famously fell out eight years ago when Fran reportedly sent the supermodel an unflattering message about her looks that had been intended for someone else.

Kate was furious, and the friendship never recovered - nor have they been pictured together since.

Friends thought that the pair might have been able to patch things up at the funeral of their mutual friend Annabelle Neilson, who died tragically in July 2018, but words were exchanged.

However, Fran’s cherished daughter Mercy did attend Kate's daughter Lila's 16th birthday at the Dorchester Hotel that same year.

Reflecting on the cause of her friendship breakups, Fran said: 'It could have been me, but I talked to my sister about it and we had a long discussion and we definitely think it was them. They all went a bit mentally weird and a bit strange.'

She admitted 'jealousy' has also played a part in cutting off friends. 'They're all in really unhappy marriages and they've got loads going on or they've got nothing going on,' she explained. 'Most of them have got nothing going on. Most of them are bored.'

Fran also said she had done an 'edit' of her friendship group in recent years. 'Some I don't speak to anymore, just because I don't,' she said. 'I did an edit - I didn't write them on the list, they went straight to off, delete. There's about ten of them.'

The mother-of-two, who grew up the daughter of an Islington publican before building a career organising parties for the likes of Kate, Sadie Frost and Jude Law, insists she is not 'vengeful' because she believes fate does the work for her.

Fran explained: 'I don't need to be [vengeful] because it always happens with karma. I look on and go, "Oh, god, oh, what a shame that's happened to them. Told you so!" And then I look at my list, going, they got their comeuppance!'

She added that while she has a positive outlook on ageing, the women she has fallen out with have struggled with it.

'I think that's why some of my other girlfriends have gone a bit doolally - they can't handle getting older,' Fran said. 'Or they've just lost themselves... or someone's had too much [cosmetic work] done.

'They all look the same. I think I'd be frightened to see most women in real life now.'

While Kate appears to still be off the friendship list, Fran spoke warmly about the women who remain in her good books.

They include supermodel Naomi Campbell, 56, and Lily Allen, 41, who last year scored a number-two album and a sell-out UK tour with her divorce album West End Girl.

'Big shout to Lily Allen, who's had the biggest, most amazing comeback ever,' Fran said. 'She looks so hot and is gorgeous. She's on great form. You look at her and you think, go for it. Don't let the men get you down.'

She added that unlike some of her other friendships, her bond with Naomi has grown stronger over the years - thanks, in part, to motherhood.

'Naomi is the queen. And now she's got kids, she's just like a whole different person,' Fran said. 'She's the kindest, most beautiful [person[. We get on so well. We're super close. I love her.'

Naomi welcomed a daughter in May 2021 and a son in June 2023, both via surrogate. She has never publicly revealed their names.

Addressing rampant rumours that she has been approached to star in the reality TV series Real Housewives of London, Fran said: 'They did talk to me, but I'm not that person.

'I mean, the way they dress and the way they look, have you seen them? Anything like that is so vile and so far from what I am. They're so fake and not real - they'd do anything for an Instagram post. It's just not me.'
