Kate Lawler flashes her washboard abs in a khaki green bikini - after hitting back at cruel anorexia rumours

Kate Lawler flashed her washboard abs in a khaki green bikini during her luxury St Lucia getaway as she posed up a storm in a Instagram video on Wednesday.

The former Big Brother winner, who regularly runs the competition adverts on ITV, looked out of this world in the stylish swimwear.

Bikini-clad Kate showcased her impressive physique as she styled her go to holiday beach look.

She captioned her post: 'I rarely get time to do these sort of videos at home but I do love a GRWM. This look is perfect for your next summer holiday. 

'Would you like to see more of my Saint Lucia looks? It’s back home to the UK today! I’ve missed everything but the weather of course xx'

Kate was forced to hit back and cruel anorexia rumours last year, insisting she 'does eat' and is 'happy the size she is'.

After posting a series of bikini-clad snaps from her holidays in November 2024, the star was cruelly accused of 'triggering anorexics' and being in a 'serious calorie deficit'. 

Kate hit out at criticisms of her slender frame, as she pointed out that there will always be people sending abuse to others over their weight, calling them either too big or too small, so there was no way to win. 

Speaking on the It Can't Just Be Me podcast with Anna Richardson, she said: People are like, "You can't be eating," but I am happy with the size I am. I do eat.

'People will either body shame you for being overweight and being underweight. You don't have to send abuse to troll them.'

Kate is married to podcast company owner Martin Bojtos who she shares daughter Noa with.

Previously discussing her marriage, Kate told how she was in a 'toxic relationship' with someone who wouldn't let her leave before she met him.

She said: 'I met my husband when he was nearly 30 and I was 33. It's been 11 years. When I met him I was in a dark place after coming out of a toxic relationship with someone else.

'That toxic relationship I had to write a letter to end it because he wouldn't let me leave.'

She also recalled another former partner who she discovered was married while they were seeing each other.

She said: 'I've had a colourful love life and one of the guys when I was around 20 he was living a double life, he told me he was living with his mum and he took me on holiday and he would go off to the phone booth to ring his mum but he was actually ringing his wife, he was actually married.

'When we came back from holiday I had accidentally put the wrong luggage tag on each case and his wife saw it and my address and then when I was in Big Brother, the wife was like, 'thats her' and found out who I was and I had no idea.'

Kate has previously spoke honestly about the tough times in her marriage to husband Martin, admitting that couples counselling has saved their relationship.

Just six months before they tied the knot Martin asked Kate to go to couples therapy as they struggled to communicate amid her battle with post-natal depression.

'Martin was the one to suggest it, around a year after I had Noa,' Kate told New Magazine. 'I wasn't in the best place and it was having a huge impact on our relationship.'

'Plus we were getting married six months later and Martin just wanted to start our marriage on the right foot, which was totally the right thing.'

Kate admitted though that she 'panicked' when her partner made the suggestion, confessing: 'I thought he wanted to break up with me. It was the toughest part of our relationship.'
