Kate Lawler had the time of her life on her sister-in-law's Mallorca hen do over the weekend.
The Big Brother star, 46, shared photos of the wild weekend, celebrating the upcoming wedding of her younger brother to his fiancée Tanya.
This Morning presenter Kate was excited to share the fun weekend with her two sisters, Kelly and her twin Karen, as the group of girls lived it up in a luxury villa.
But Kate cautioned that whilst the photos of herself looking incredible as she danced the weekend away in a wardrobe of skimpy bikinis, are 'proof that I can still party like I'm 26', she was feeling the effects after arriving home.
Kate shared a far less glam selfie on Monday as she joked 'unfortunately I'm recovering like I'm 46.'
Sharing more fun snaps from the weekend she told her Instagram fans 'Yesterday I was drinking sangria and eating sushi at Um Beach House, today I was searching for my stick on nail and eating a Maccas at the airport.'

'Majorca was 10/10 though and I'm going to blame feeling like this on myself entirely. Because I stupidly attempted to keep up with this lot. Send help. And hopefully I'll have recovered by the wedding in six weeks time - because it's another 3 days of partying abroad.'
Alongside the photos Kate added that 'at some point between the flight to Majorca and the second Aperol on the plane out, I forgot my age. Time to fly home and grow up.'
Kate has recently been speaking openly about her journey with perimenopause - the natural transition period before menopause.
In November Kate had an emotional conversation with Dr. Naomi Potter on her Is It Hot in Here? podcast.
She broke down in tears as she explained: 'I always feel like it's exhausting because having the job that I have, I constantly have to mask, I'm okay.
'At the moment, I just feel like I'm not. I feel like I'm a nightmare to live with – I feel sorry for my husband.
'I feel like I'm powerless and question everything I do, like, does anyone like me? Do my friends? I feel so lost with who I am.'

It was when she looked back at videos from 'a couple of years ago' on her Instagram, and saw 'how happy' she was that it 'really hit' her.
She continued: 'I looked at Instagram videos and saw how happy I was and I feel like I've changed so much and I just thought, you know what? I wish I could just be the person I was.
'The anxiety I have, its health anxiety I'm so scared to even drink alcohol and since I've had a kid I'm so scared.'
Kate said she was reluctant at the time to tweak her HRT dose but has since revealed she has had a life-changing shift in her mental health after consulting her doctor about her hormone replacement therapy.
Writing on Instagram in late December Kate told her followers: 'I can’t actually believe I’m writing this but I just want to say, that over the past three weeks, I’ve felt incredible.'
'I didn’t know or believe I’d ever feel like this again. I’m waking up happy, I smile on the school run, I’m not feeling low or irritable at home and my health anxiety has noticeably reduced.

She continued: 'This was a daily and constant in my life for the past two years. I’ve been looking forward to things which would usually fill me with dread.
'It’s hard to explain but I now realise just how low I was for the past couple of years because to wake up with a sense of excitement for the day is a feeling I almost don’t remember ever having.'
'What have I changed? The dose of my HRT. I’m having a slightly higher dose after recent bloods showed my estrogen was still very low, despite taking estrogen for 18 months.'
'I started HRT at 43, one month before turning 44 after being told six months earlier that I was perimenopausal. I’d had symptoms for well over a year and my blood test showed increased FSH levels combined with low estrogen.'
'18 months later I was incredibly frustrated because I’d also changed the way I ate, the way I exercised, I’d started supplements and HRT yet I wasn’t feeling any better, I now realise that actually, making ourselves feel better during perimenopause is a bit like baking a cake.'
Alongside the photos and video Kate added that 'at some point between the flight to Majorca and the second Aperol on the plane out, I forgot my age. Time to fly home and grow up'

'If you leave out an ingredient, over or underbake, if you miss a step, chances are the cake won’t turn out right. Everything needs to be just right for us to feel better and what’s right for one woman will be different to the next.'
'HRT is not a silver bullet as the brilliant @katerh_fitness says in her book Owning Your Menopause: Fitter, Calmer, Stronger (which I listened to on Spotify over the summer).'
'You have to look after yourself, eat well, exercise, stay hydrated, drink less alcohol and finding the right dose of HRT for me was literally like finding the missing piece of a puzzle.'
'So please don’t despair if you’re in the throes of perimenopausal hell. Look at everything you’re doing and speak to your GP if you still don’t feel right. Sending you all so much love if you’re struggling. I’ve been there but if I can turn things around, you can too. x'
