The American actress, 47, revealed her stunning wedding guest look, which was a strapless champagne gown covered in dazzling gem stones.
Kate also shared an insight into the days around the wedding, which she spent hanging out on the beach with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa.
She showed off her killer frame in a red bikini, while cosied up to shirtless Danny on a beach towel as they hung out in the exotic location.
In another snap, Kate was wearing a black and white triangle bikini, with her hair tied up underneath a cap.
Jennifer's wedding was a star-studded affair as Kate shared photos with stars including Courteney Cox, Rachel Zoe and Sara Foster.

The wedding caused a stir when it was revealed that Jennifer very unconventionally asked her ex-husband Tobey Maguire to officiate her nuptials.
The Spider-Man star, 51, split from the jewellery designer Jennifer, 49, a decade ago and their divorce was finalised last month, six years after they filed to end their union.
But in a move that shocked many last week, Tobey played a key role when Jennifer married billionaire music manager Geoffrey Ogunlesi, 34, in Hawaii on October 10.
Jennifer has now admitted having her ex-husband preside over the ceremony was an unusual move but it suited them 'perfectly'.
She told Vogue: 'I genuinely felt like I was floating on cloud nine. I had zero jitters, just pure happiness.
'Having our three children and our parents walk down the aisle made it even more special. And having Tobey, my ex-husband, officiate was so special. A little unconventional, but so perfectly us...
'The wedding was so heartfelt, so full of love, and somehow even more magical than I could have imagined. To be in Hawaii, surrounded by the people we love most, marrying the love of my life... I'm still pinching myself. It was perfect in every way.'

Jennifer previously opened up about staying close to her ex Tobey following their split – revealing the former couple wanted to remain on good terms for the sake of their children.
They share daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17. Jennifer then gave birth to her third child and first with new husband Geoff earlier this year.
She has previously told PEOPLE: 'When Tobey and I broke up, it was very clear immediately that Ruby and Otis came first, and we really cared about each other as people, and we wanted to be in each other's lives no matter what.
'And we didn't want to miss a Christmas. We didn't want to miss a Thanksgiving.
'We travel all together. We have every holiday together. We have every birthday all together. He is an incredible father. He is an incredible ex-husband. And Geoff loves him and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.'
Celebrities on the guestlist for Jennifer and Geoff's wedding included Maguire's longtime friend Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, Courteney Cox, Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sanchez and Rachel Zoe.
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed the pair exchanging vows beneath a floral arch beside the ocean in a romantic ceremony.

The bride was seen mingling with guests, including Courteney Cox, who hugged the bride.

Geoff comes from a wealthy family, with his father being Nigerian lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi, who is estimated to have a net worth of $2.3billion (£1.7billion).
A graduate of Amherst College, Jennifer's husband is also the founder and CEO of the Ogunlesi Group, a music management company.
Jennifer is the daughter of Ronald Meyer, who was the former Vice President of Vice Chairman. He was also the former president and CEO of Universal Studios.
The couple announced on Father's Day this year that they had welcomed a daughter.
