A representative for Karl Stefanovic has denied claims that the podcaster was late on his settlement repayment to his former podcast partner, Keshnee Kemp Ibrahim.

The deadline for an initial payment to Kemp Ibrahim after her exit from The Karl Stefanovic Show 'lapsed on Friday, October 16' news.com.au reported.

But Stefanovic's manager Sharon Finnigan insisted on Tuesday that the matter is 'settled' and claims of a late payment are 'plainly wrong and incorrect'.

Reports on exactly how much Kemp Ibrahim will walk away with have varied.

The Australian claimed that Stefanovic's business partner received about $25,000 for her stake in the venture, despite earlier suggestions of a seven-figure deal.

According to the newspaper, the company's operating account held approximately $350,000 when the pair stopped working together at the end of August.

Stefanovic and Ibrahim were each reportedly entitled to 45 per cent of that money, equivalent to $157,500 apiece.

However, Kemp Ibrahim rubbished those claims this week, stating online that the figure is, 'Not true.'

That comment was made in the comments section beneath an article on the matter, published by The Australian's Media Diary, and verified by news.com.au.

News.com.au previously reported insiders had suggested the agreement could be worth seven figures.

However, neither party has publicly disclosed the settlement's financial terms.

The Australian's latest claims have also not been publicly confirmed by the pair.

Despite attracting a substantial online audience, the podcast business reportedly struggled to generate enough income to do more than break even, according to sources cited by the newspaper.

The reported $350,000 account balance represents money held by the company at the time of the split, rather than a disclosed figure for its total revenue or profit.

In a statement released last week, a spokeswoman confirmed the former business partners had reached an agreement

The publication also reported the business was owed approximately $60,000 in outstanding advertising invoices, potentially providing both former partners with a further payment once collected.

For Ibrahim, the reported proceeds would need to be weighed against the $120,000 she is said to have initially invested in the venture.

The Australian also claimed she had incurred six-figure legal bills during the dispute.

The settlement means Stefanovic will take control of Ibrahim's 45 per cent stake in 123 Podcast Pty Ltd, the company behind his independent venture, The Karl Stefanovic Show.

In a statement released last week, a spokeswoman confirmed the former business partners had reached an agreement.

'Mr Stefanovic and Ms Ibrahim have today agreed to settle the litigation and dispute between them,' the statement read.

'While the terms of this settlement are confidential, the arrangement results in Mr Stefanovic acquiring the interests of Ms Ibrahim in the company and Ms Ibrahim exiting the company as a shareholder and director.'

The statement also confirmed Ibrahim had agreed to discontinue the legal proceedings she had launched against the television personality.
