Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign are being sued by a group of Memphis rappers for copyright infringement.

Vanda Watkins, AKA Criminal Manne, Hayward Ivy, AKA producer DJ Squeeky, and the estate of late rapper Kilo G filed a lawsuit against West, 47, and his collaborator, 42, on Wednesday, as per TMZ

They claim that the song 'Fuk Sumn' from the album Vultures 1 samples their work without proper credit or compensation.

Released in March, the song begins with a country rap sample before the beat drops.

The plaintiffs are alleging it's their voices that Kanye — who has a new album on the way — and his Yeezy record label took without permission.

They allege that they attempted sample clearances negotiations through Alien Music services in March, when the album was set to be released.

However, West's team stalled negotiations in June, when a number of higher ups at his Yeezy company left.

The tune in question is DJ Squeeky's 'Drank a Yak (Part 2)'. Criminal Manne claims that's his voice at the start of 'Fuk Sumn' saying, 'Smokin' on a junt, with my n***s drinkin' O.E.'

Kilo G is later sampled on the song with the lyrics: 'Stop off at the liquor store, get your yak, then we headed for the indo.'

The plaintiffs are requesting damages.

The Chicago rapper dropped his joint albums Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 with Ty Dolla $ign earlier this year.

The hip Hop star also has a new record on the way. His upcoming album, Bully, will be his first solo release in over three years.

Fans can already pre-order West's upcoming album after the rapper unveiled its terrifying cover in October.

Photographed by 86-year-old Japanese photographer Daidō Moriyama, the cover is a picture of a mystery model's partially black grill which seems to be inspired by the rapper-designer's $850K titanium teeth he commissioned back in January.

The star announced the album is available for pre-order and has also released merchandise for the upcoming album including a range of both black and white T-shirts.

Fans can choose from T-shirts with either a picture of the cover or the title 'Bully'.

Ye enlisted Beverly Hills dentist Thomas Connelly and master dental technician Naoki Hayashi to create the experimental, expensive mouthpiece inspired by the iconic James Bond villain, Jaws.

An insider told DailyMail.com at the time that they were permanent dental implants: 'Ye has had the bulk of his teeth shaved down to little tombstones, which is standard procedure for veneers.'

West's career infamously went into freefall when he began spouting anti-Semitic hate speech and self-identified as a neo-Nazi.

This began on October 8, 2022, when he tweeted: 'I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.'

It resulted in him losing a string of lucrative endorsement deals and being dropped by his talent agency.

Meanwhile, Kanye's ex-wife Kim Kardashian, 44, said she is a 'single parent' as West has not been seen with their four kids — daughters North, 11, and Chicago, 6, and sons Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5 — in about 57 days.

When chatting to her best friend Zoe Winkler's father Henry Winkler of Happy Days fame on the iHeart What The Winkler? podcast, the SKIMS founder said she feels like a single parent. West has been in Japan for months with his new wife Bianca Censori.

He was last seen with his children in September. Kim told Winkler that she doesn't talk about raising her kids a lot because it comes with judgment.

And she added that she is basically raising four kids by herself.

The reality TV wonder goes on to say she feels like a 'pit stop of a race car driver' because she juggles so much.

And Kim revealed that she drives all four kids to school every single day as that's her bonding time with her kids.

Kim and Kanye finalized their divorce in November 2022, after being married for almost seven years.
