A second image showed three-year-old Matilda embracing her new big sister role as she cozied up with her baby sibling.
Cuoco added a GIF with a pale pink heart and the word 'sisters.'
It comes days after she and Pelphrey, 44, announced their daughter's birth on social media, revealing she arrived on October 12.
