Justin Baldoni is ready to say goodbye to his enormous California estate as his legal battle with Blake Lively drags on.
The 42-year-old actor and filmmaker and his wife Emily have listed their home in Ojai, California, which is northwest of Los Angeles in Ventura County.
According to property records viewed by Realtor.com, Baldoni and his wife have put the estate on the market for a whopping $8.88 million.
If they can find a buyer at that price, it would represent a profit of more than $6 million, as Baldoni reportedly purchased the mansion for just $2.2 million in 2020.
However, the couple has sunk considerable cash into their compound after putting the contemporary Spanish-style mansion through extensive renovations.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Baldoni's representatives for comment.

It's unclear if Blake Lively's ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni, relating to her time working with him on their romantic drama It Ends With Us, played a role in the decision to list the estate.
Baldoni has vehemently denied all of Lively's allegations, and he launched his own defamation lawsuit against her, which was subsequently dismissed.
The actor reportedly listed his compound, which is located in Ojai's Santa Paula neighborhood, on February 5, shortly after a rental listing for the home had been removed.
The rental listing charged an eye-popping $40,000 per month for the property.
Baldoni's main residence on the property features five bedrooms and an impressive 5,200 square feet and 10 acres of land on the foothills of the Topa Topa Mountains.
In addition to the primary residence, there's a small house on the property for guests or staff, along with what are described as a 'yoga dome' and a 'guest dome,' which the listing notes were 'imported from Poland.'
The smaller buildings on the property were added during a two-year renovation to the main mansion.
In a listing, the actor's estate is described as a 'rare retreat-style compound offering privacy, scale, and versatility' that amounts to 'more than a home.'

The listing adds that Baldoni's home was 'designed as both a luxury residence, and a retreat and event venue,' and it states that the estate 'delivers a lifestyle unlike anything else in the region.'
It was 'thoughtfully oriented and designed to support balance, flow, and harmony throughout the property,' the listing continues, adding that 'health and wellness [were] central to the design.'
Potential owners worried about the dangers of potential California wildfire smoke or drifting smog from LA may appreciate what the listing notes is a 'state-of-the-art medical-grade air filtration system' in the mansion.
'This is a truly unique opportunity suitable as a primary residence, second home, or retreat investment,' the listing claims.
The master bedroom also boasts electromagnetic frequency shielding.
The property features a saltwater pool and an elevated hot tub, as well as what is described as a 'regenerative orchard.'
There are plenty of opportunities for recreation, including basketball and pickleball courts, along with a custom gym, and an interesting illuminated in-ground trampoline.
The landscaping includes a soothing koi pond outfitted with a waterfall, and there's a fire pit to facilitate gatherings.

Baldoni told Architectural Digest in 2023 that their trips to Tulum and elsewhere in Mexico, as well as the Ojai scenery, inspired the home's style. He added that his mother helped with interior design because she is a 'feng shui master'; seen with Emily in 2019 in LA
The large estate has plenty of space to wander around thanks to its walking paths, and electric car owners will be well served by charging stations.
High-profile buyers may also appreciate an up-to-date security system, and there's also a fire mitigation system.
In a 2023 Architectural Digest profile, Baldoni said that Pottery Barn helped to furnish much of the home's interior, with inspiration taken from his and Emily's visits to Mexico, as well as from the Ojai countryside.
'We had a little bit of a vision. When we went to Tulum and parts of Mexico, we would take pictures of lamps, or couches — just as inspiration — and then we started to put together a Pinterest board of things that we liked,' he explained.
Baldoni added that his mother is a 'feng shui master,' so she was able to weigh in on the interior design as well.
'Every place that we have lived in, we’ve had my mom feng shui, and it has really changed the energy of the space and brought us a lot of really good fortune,' Baldoni said. 'So we designed the whole house with feng shui in mind.'
Emily explained that the natural wonders of Ojai had helped them to come up with a design philosophy.
'We also live in such a magical place in Ojai. And so we also wanted to let that inspire our home,' she said. 'We have mountains. There’s rock, stone, water — it’s very earthy, very natural, and absolutely gorgeous. We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home.'
Lively's sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni was previously set to go to court on March 9, but in December, the start date was pushed back to May 18 of this year.
