Joy Behar took a page straight out of the Kardashian playbook as she candidly revealed the cosmetic procedures she's had done - while firmly insisting there's one major tweak she's never touched.
Much like Kris Jenner openly gushing over her lavish facelift and Kylie Jenner famously sharing details about her breast augmentation, the longtime The View host wasn't shy about discussing the lengths she goes to in order to maintain her appearance at 83.
But according to Behar, fans have one thing very wrong.
‘Everybody thinks I’ve had a facelift - I have not had a facelift,' she declared emphatically on the Behind the Table podcast.
The outspoken TV personality then began rattling off the procedures and treatments she has tried over the years.
‘I’ve told everybody… I’ve had Botox… I do work on myself… I’ve had Botox, I’ve had Restylane to fill in… then my hair… just yesterday, I had a dye job, highlight job and a keratin treatment.’

Behar insisted maintaining her appearance takes far more effort than many people realize.
‘You have to do things,’ she continued. ‘Everybody thinks you look good because you’re naturally that good… you’re not.’
The comedian also admitted she believes men do not tend to age more gracefully than women - especially when they overdo cosmetic work.
‘Because when they start with the Botox and the eyelid surgery and the hair dye… they look ridiculous,' Behar claimed with a laugh.
Back in February, the TV veteran even opened up about the secret behind her famously high cheekbones.
‘You just have to get Restylane for that. Anybody can have high cheekbones. Because it's fat or collagen or whatever the hell they put in there. It's not really bones,’ she told People at the time.
She went on to admit she actually prefers filler to Botox.
‘The filler is actually way better than the Botox. The Botox, I don't know what that does. It freezes lines on your forehead, I guess.’

Despite her openness about injectables and beauty treatments, Behar revealed that old-school plastic surgery procedures ultimately scared her away from ever going under the knife.
‘I have one friend who got a facelift when she was 30, and she wanted to be prettier. I never heard of such a thing at the time,’ she recalled.
‘But remember the work in the '80s, you looked so strange. But I knew a lot of women who were addicted to plastic surgery.’
Behar’s latest admission comes just weeks after Kris Jenner broke her silence over rumors she was allegedly ‘mad as hell’ about her $100,000 facelift.
The Kardashian matriarch, 70, recently found herself at the center of online speculation claiming she had become increasingly unhappy with the results of the high-profile procedure nearly a year after going under the knife.
Insiders even alleged Jenner was considering a revision surgery despite turning to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine - widely dubbed the ‘facelift maestro’ - for her dramatically refreshed appearance in 2025.
The reports also claimed the reality star had privately compared her look to fellow celebrities including Denise Richards and Lori Loughlin.
But Jenner swiftly shut down the rumors during a candid appearance on daughter Khloe Kardashian’s podcast Khloe in Wonderland, insisting the reports were completely false.

‘Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,’ Jenner began.
‘The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at... I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth.’
‘It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.’
Doubling down on her support for the surgeon, Jenner added: ‘The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved.’
She also explained that while she usually ignores gossip surrounding her appearance, this time she felt compelled to speak out because the rumors were ‘really hurting someone else’ — referring to Levine.
Shrugging off the backlash, Jenner made it clear she is no longer concerned with public opinion.
‘At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval,’ she said.
‘I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look.’
