Joss Stone has shared an update on her son Bear after her and her husband Cody DaLuz adopted their baby boy last week.
The singer, 37, revealed the seven week old is too vulnerable to go out due to his premature lungs as she took to Instagram on Monday.
Sitting in the car while her husband went to the play area with the pair's daughter Violet, she told viewers: 'I am sat in the car with him because he is so little that he can't go out because he was so premature his lungs are a little bit vulnerable.
'I'm just here with little man hanging out. At the hospital they said "Don't take him out anywhere."
'But shortly after they said but make a doctors appointment and I thought "Hang on you just told me not to take him out as his lungs are too vulnerable but you want me to bring him to the doctors where there are all these germs and stuff?"' as she shared her confusion.
The star also revealed when they met Bear when he was just a month old he weighed 4.12oz but now he is weighing in at 5.11oz.

Gushing over her new son, Joss continued: 'Omg he is so cute. Sorry if I look a bit bedraggled.
'The deal is we are in newborn phase again and he is fed every three hours so I am on the night shift. I am always on the night shift anyway because of our toddlers.
'I am on the night shift, feed him every three and then Cody comes in the morning and takes him at about 6am and I get to sleep.'
Joss also revealed the pair have met Bear's birth mother as she added: 'His birth mum came to see us and she was so sweet.
'She's such a lovely girl and she loves him too. It's just really nice to have that connection with her and I know it is going to be really nice for Bear.'
The star, who shares daughter Violet and son Shackleton with her husband, also admitted she is adjusting to using formula this time around as she explained she had tried to breast feed but didn't have enough milk left.
She added: 'I'm not used to formula. I've never done that from the beginning. The formula also smells weird. I don't know how they like it, I mean it literally stinks like what the hell.'
Last week Joss shared a sweet video from the moment they met their son for the first time, and also Bear meeting his siblings at Thanksgiving.

Joss and her husband Cody DaLuz, who already share daughter Violet and son Shackleton, took to Instagram to share the happy news, and revealed their son's adorable name last week
The British singer wrote in the caption: 'Happy mummy Mondays. This is what happened to us last Monday. We can not quite believe it. We are in love big time with this little guy.
'The reason why Cody even exists is because his bio mum loved him enough to make an adoption plan for him and the same goes for Bear.
'Honestly bio mothers do not get the gratitude they deserve. It is a more selfless love than I knew existed. Truly. We are just so happy to be part of this beautiful cycle.
'Please share your story's of adoption in the comments if you have any. And please welcome our gorgeous baby boy to this wonderful world xxxx.'
In 2023, Joss revealed she and Cody, 34, had started the started the adoption process to expand their brood.
The couple, who got married last year, revealed they hope to take on the care of at least one other child and are going through the process to be approved as potential adoptive parents.
Joss told HELLO! magazine of the adoption process: 'We're trying to do our home study. I hope we get to do it. I want, like, 25 kids.'
Aside from her plans to expand their family, Joss delightedly revealed her eldest daughter Violet is already showing signs of being musical.
Joss explained: 'Violet doesn't really care for too much else other than making art. She is obsessed with her ukulele – she runs around the house pretending to play it and sing – and she loves paints and colours.'
And Joss adores seeing the interaction between her two children. She said: 'I saw them making each other laugh for the first time the other day. It was great.'
The Fell in Love With A Boy singer is a 'big kid' at heart herself. She said: 'We all just want to play, really, don't we?'

Joss recently revealed she is hoping to move back to Devon from her current base in Nashville, Tennessee, in time for her kids starting school because she wants them to enjoy a similar upbringing to her own.
She told the Sunday Times magazine: 'We'll move home to Devon in time for Violet to go to school. I want my kids to have the kind of upbringing I did — riding horses, climbing trees and being near my family. I hope Cody likes it over there.'
The You Had Me singer enjoys a 'slower' pace of life now she's a parent and she's thankful having children has given her an 'excuse' to ease her busy schedule.
She said: 'Having kids makes you go slower. It's given me this wonderful excuse not to cram my schedule. Touring is different now...
'We always go by bus and travel at night, when the kids are asleep. I don't know how it's going to go with two of them because Cody's working as well. We don't want to enlist help but we might have to.'
