Bad Bunny's Steamy Bathtub Pics: 'Saltburn' Inspired?
Johnny Manziel and Josie Canseco are baring it all—well, almost.
The former Cleveland Browns quarterback and his girlfriend shared a very intimate look at their relationship when Josie celebrated Johnny's 32nd birthday on Dec. 6.
In a steamy Instagram Story video, Josie and Johnny could be seen sitting in a bathtub together, seemingly nude, as the NFL alum washed his girlfriend's hair.
"A love like you," Josie wrote alongside the NSFW video with a heart emoji. "my best friend and my forever. I'm so proud of the man you've grown into."
The 28-year-old added, "You are the kindest heart I've ever met. How'd I get so lucky ++ happy birthday my baby @imanziel2."
Josie—the daughter of former MLB player Jose Canseco and his ex-wife Jessica Canseco—confirmed her relationship with Johnny in April when the two attended Stagecoach 2024 together.
And Josie couldn't help but gush over her new man, who himself was married to Selling Sunset's Bre Tiesi from 2018 to 2021.
"He's a sweet Texas boy," Josie told Us Weekly in July. "He is close with his family and his mom and his sister and her little ones. I just went to Texas to meet them recently. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming and to see that he has such an amazing family made me feel so comfortable."

And when it comes to sharing their romance with the public, Josie—who was previously linked to Brody Jenner and G-Eazy—explained that she likes "to take control of the narrative if possible."
"I also think there's a lot of beauty in keeping my relationship personal and between us," she added. "I have nothing to hide, but at the same time, I think it's going to be healthy for us to grow together to be the people we want to be if it's not all publicized."

More than anything, the model is loving how Johnny has treated her throughout their time together.
"I like to make fun of him from time to time because I do get the princess treatment, and he takes such good care of me," she shared. "I come home for a long day, and he'll rub my back and give me so much love. He takes such good care of me. I couldn't have asked for any better right now."
