Jodie Turner-Smith Shares Summer Plans With Daughter Juno
Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith are co-parenting in the Caribbean.
The Dawson's Creek alum and the Queen & Slim star, who are parents to their 6-year-old daughter Juno, enjoyed a family vacation in the West Indies nearly three years after their breakup.
Turner-Smith commemorated the reunion by snapping a sweet shot of Juno hugging Jackson, which she shared to Instagram Aug. 4 alongside the caption, "dreamy days at @fsnevis."
In addition to family face time, the vacation in Nevis—a Caribbean destination known for its scenic beaches—also included basking in the stunning landscapes, taking a front-row seat to the island's wildlife and playing in the pool at the luxury Four Seasons hotel.
Indeed, the family of three took advantage of the resort's kid-friendly amenities, namely savoring a custom cookie cake spelling out their little one's name for dessert.
And Turner-Smith, 39, and Jackson, 48, have been putting on a united front in their co-parenting after finalizing their divorce in May 2025. As the actress explained earlier this year, "I'm a child of divorce myself and so is my ex-husband.”
“And so, it's always been important to think about, ‘OK, what is the language around which we are going to talk about this with our daughter?’” Turner-Smith told Hoda Kotb on the Joy 101 podcast June 29, adding that their family is still learning how to navigate their evolving dynamic since Juno is "quite young."
"It's like you got to walk this line between obviously being age appropriate and child-centered in the way that you talk about it," she continued, "but also keeping it real so that she has an understanding of what this means."
That said, Turner-Smith sees a silver lining for Juno in their co-parenting arrangement.

"The idea is always two homes filled with love,” she added. "I'm like, ‘You got two houses, girl!’”
For his part, Jackson has also expressed joy at experiencing Juno's growth over the years.
"My god, at that age, every couple of days she's a new kid," the Dr. Odyssey actor raved to E! News 2025. "Truly, the big milestone has been this entire year. She started school."
