Joshua Jackson revealed the secret to his youthful looks while attending the 2024 Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

'I think it's chasing around a 4-year-old. I think that it keeps you young,' the 46-year-old Hollywood hunk told People, referring to his daughter Juno, whom he shares with ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith, 38.

The longtime actor then joked, 'The gray hair might tell you a little different.'

On a more serious note, he mentioned that his smooth, beardless face might be the actual reason he looks strikingly young these days.

'I think it's just that I shaved, really,' Jackson remarked, adding, 'I mean, I am happy. I'm very happy, but I think it's that I shaved. I think I look a lot younger without a full COVID beard.'

For his Emmys appearance, the father-of-one was clad in a double-breasted black tuxedo, white shirt, and black bow tie.

Jackson continued discussing his daughter on Sunday night at the star-studded event.

He said about the little one, 'We're in a big Lion King phase right now, so that's good. And yeah, I mean, [we] go to the park, sit at home, do arts and crafts.'

Speaking about his only child, whom he and Turner-Smith welcomed in 2020, he continued, 'She's just awesome. She's just the most fun in the world.'

At the Emmys, Joshua presented Greg Berlanti — executive producer of Dawson's Creek — with the Governor’s Award.

Jackson and Turner-Smith's marriage was confirmed in August 2019, following the Queen & Slim's proposal.

She filed for divorce in October 2023 and in November she and Jackson agreed to joint physical and legal custody of Juno.

In December, the Little Fires Everywhere actor confirmed his relationship with actress Lupita Nyong'o.

This past June, Jodie told The Cut about his new romance: 'Good for them. We need happiness in order to peacefully co-parent.
