Jonathan Majors-Daily Wire Movie Rounds Out Cast, Plot Details Revealed As Cameras Roll

EXCLUSIVE: Cameras are rolling in South Carolina on the Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend Jonathan Majors action film we revealed last week.

Joining the cast are comedian David Lucas (Kill Tony), newcomers JC Kilcoyne (Fix You), Tyler Aser (The Mystery Of Her), James Bingham (Swagger), and Savanna Leigh James (The Bold and the Beautiful), in addition to Stephen Hailo (S.W.A.T.), Myles Clohessy (Frontier Crucible), and Jason Gray-Stanford (Monk).

Also joining the cast are singer-songwriter Darby Cappillino, Chris K. Lee (Panic), Sharon Johal (Shantaram), Charlotte Delaney Riggs (Forever And A Day), Hussain Syed (Donors), Paulina Alvarez (FBI: International), Alec Rayme (Scream: The TV Series), Erin Davie (Chicago Med), Travis Mills (The Pendragon Cycle), Siaka Massaquoi (Californians Move to Texas), and Justin S. Myrick (On The Come Up).

Savannah Belcher has joined the team as a producer. Kyle Rankin is directing from his own screenplay. Ben Shapiro and Dallas Sonnier are producing.

The title is being kept under wraps for now but we can reveal a plot tease as follows: “When threats strike the heart of the homeland, American warriors rise with unbreakable grit and unrelenting firepower to defend what makes this country worth fighting for.” Producers have previously said the film is in the vein of ’80s and ’90s action movies Red Dawn and Toy Soldiers.

The project marks Creed III and Ant-Man star Majors’ first film or TV role in four years.
