Jojo Siwa has officially put her Tarzana mansion on the market ahead of the Christmas holiday for $3.95 million.

The Dance Moms alum, 21 - who is rumored to be dating new love interest Kath Ebbs - initially purchased the lavish property in 2019 for $3.43 million when she was only 16-years-old, per Architectural Digest.

Selling Sunset star, Chrishell Stause, and Omar Ababa from The Oppenheim Group currently have the listing, TMZ reported.

The 6,463 square foot abode contains a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with the master suite containing walk-in closets, a fireplace as well as a balcony.

Jojo's house was filled with a lot of color after she first moved in, but has since been staged while on the market.

The spacious backyard has a rectangular-shaped swimming poll that is next to an outdoor patio and basketball court.

A comfortable lounge area borders the pool, and a covered outdoor kitchen/bar area is nearby for entertaining guests in the warmer weather.

The grand entrance immediately leads to a spiral staircase and to the left is a room with a wet bar and pool table.

White walls and lights create a very open and bright space, with a grand piano and comfy chairs also placed next to the stairs.

French doors in the living room lead outside - which also contains a fireplace and an ornate chandelier hanging above the seating.

The kitchen has modern appliances as well as two islands in the middle and wooden cabinetry.

The dining area has plenty of room for a large table, with another chandelier and spotlights shining above in the ceiling.

More French doors offer natural sunlight to stream inside and lead to another part of the roomy backyard.

One of the seven bathrooms contains white, marble tile for an elegant flare as well as a walk-in shower and two separate vanities.

A soaking tub can be seen in the middle and underneath a large window that allows more natural light to stream in.

The abode itself offers privacy for the residents with a gated entrance to the brick driveway as well as tall, green bushes.

The mansion sits on the corner of a street in a quiet neighborhood, and was previously featured on MTV Cribs after Siwa purchased the estate.

In the clip, eye-catching decorations were placed throughout the mansion, from colorful bows to a large unicorn in the foyer.

Jojo also had a slime room, rainbow room and a psychedelic bedroom that was filled with a whopping 4,000lbs of candy.

However, the Karma singer has faced a few incidents while living in the Tarzana home and earlier this year in July, her home was swatted for the second time

Swatting is when an individual makes a hoax phone call to emergency services to report on false crimes - and has been a federal crime since 2015.

During an interview with E! News, the dancer revealed, 'I got swatted two nights ago. I haven't told anybody about this yet. But basically, I showed up to my house, there was four police cars outside.'

She further recalled, 'The police asked me, he was like, "Why do you not have security with you in this moment?"'

'And I was like, "Cause I haven't needed it yet." But now, I do really need it every day with me. So it definitely has changed in the last month, two months, I guess, since Karma came out. It's been fun to say the least.'

Siwa and her mansion were previously the victim of swatting three years earlier in 2021. The incident occurred only hours after she came out as LGBTQ+.

At the time, she said on social media, 'My fear was that I thought somebody was in the house and I didn't know about it. That's what I was scared about! Or somebody like came to hide and they came through our backyard.'

During an Instagram Live on her friend Nate Javier's account, Jojo added, 'Never prank the police that is the most wrong thing to do. It's very, very, very illegal.'

'The police were saying somebody had called and made a claim and then, all of a sudden, paparazzi came from around the corner.'

The media personality continued, 'I love the support. However, you know, you could've just hung outside my house and I would've eventually come outside.'

'Those police could've had a much better time spent somewhere else actually helping somebody, instead of dealing with a fake claim from paparazzi.'

And last year in May, Jojo revealed that her mansion had been ransacked and shared footage of masked burglars entering her home.

While it is not known if Siwa was inside the property at the time, she assured fans that her 'family and pups are safe. Most important thing to me.'

The police arrived to the Tarzana mansion after being alerted by the alarm company, but the burglars had escaped the scene before officers got there.

While the estate has now been put on the market, Siwa has been keeping busy with the holiday season in full swing.

She was recently seen at LAX airport last week with rumored love interest, Kath Ebbs, following her split from DaKayla Wilson.

The star also whisked herself away to Australia to attend the 2024 TikTok Awards in Sydney.

At the ceremony, she walked the red carpet wearing a glittering cropped top with rainbow details as well as a pair of edgy shorts.

She additionally slipped into a pair of silver boots and added colorful face makeup around her eyes. It comes as Jojo continues to shake off her 'child star' image.
