Joey Essex has put his £3million mansion, which is complete with pool and a beach house up for sale as he prepares to move to Dubai.
The TOWIE star, 35, previously rented out the house for a massive £13,000 a month, but has now decided to sell as he turns his back on reality TV.
Following a break in at the property in 2022, Joey set his sights on the UAE and met with Dubai officials in 2023 who 'welcomed' him to the city.
His stunning home in Chigwell is currently listed on Right Move for offers between £2,750,000 and £3,000,000.
It features an extravagant 'Posh Room', a lavish beach house and bar, a hot tub, and a basketball court.
Joey's four bedroom bachelor pad is equipped with an impressive kitchen diner which has bi-folding doors leading out to a pool in the back garden.

Alongside the snaps, he wrote: 'At the world's most luxurious hotel Burj Al Arab I met up with the Dubai Government. They told me Dubai is now my home.
'Thank you to Mahmoud Al Burai & Shahab Ahmed Alsaadi for everything you have put in place for me and Dubai police, Dubai tourism board, Dubai media for getting in touch and taking time to meet me and giving me the warmest welcome to their country.
He added: 'Happiness is the way forward. Inshallah.'
Several of Joey's followers and celebrity pals commented on the post to wish him well as he begins life in the new country.
The move comes following reports that a break-in at Joey's Essex home left him an 'emotional wreck'.

His bachelor pad was raided while he was on a night out with his pal James 'Diags' Bennewith.
Joey lost a mustard Louis Vuitton weekend bag worth £2,500, and a £1,900 grey Maison Goyard cross-body bag, as well as other valuable items, such as a black Fendi rucksack worth about £4,500.
