Joe's wife Stacey welcomed Zach in 2007 with her childhood sweetheart Dean.

He appeared on her family reality show Stacey & Joe for the first time in September.

Dean and his wife Nikki were welcomed round to Pickle Cottage for dinner to celebrate Zach's birthday.

Zach looked thrilled as his dad and his partner arrived and gave him a huge hug and said: 'Can't believe your 17!'

As the blended family sat down to enjoy fish and chips, step-dad and TV star Joe Swash asked, 'Cheers to Zachy happy birthday, is it weird saying he's 17'.

Step-mum Nikki replied: 'When we tell people, we're like, "Oh yeah Dean has a 17-year-old son", they go, "What!"

Stacey added: 'Were you 19 when we had Zach, or 17?

'I was 20', Dean confirmed before the Sort Your Life Our presenter added, 'Oh I was 17'.

Nikki asked Zach: 'Can you imagine having a baby now?', prompting his dad to beg, 'Please don't, please don't'.

Stacey later gushed, 'We've done alright', and Dean agreed, 'We've smashed it with you'.

Speaking to the camera following his birthday dinner, Zach, who revealed he sees his dad every two to three weeks, gushed: 'That was amazing, when your with your family it's amazing.'

Sitting down with husband Joe to reflect on the evening, Stacey added: 'It's better for them to have two families that love the bones off them than be fighting over them'.

During the dinner, Stacey also opened up about teenage pregnancy and how her step-mum was the one who realised she was expecting her first child.

She said: 'My step-mum was the first one who knew I was pregnant because she guessed it.

'We were at a caff, me, her and my dad and I was like "Oh my god your onions stink dad" and he didn't even have any onions it was someone the other end of the caff.

'And I remember her pulling me to the side and being like, "When was the last time you had a period?", I was like, "I don't know".

'She immediately made me tell my dad straight away, straight away.

'And then my dad made me ring my mum and then everyone else that was in the house, Jemma, Matthew, everyone my brothers and sisters were all there to hear the fallout.'

Stacey pulled out her phone to look back at sweet baby pictures of Zach and she also looked unrecognisable as she posed with then boyfriend Dean.

The TV star also welcomed her second son Leighton in 2012, with then-fiance, painter Aaron Barham, who she split from in 2014.
