Former AFL star Jimmy Bartel has threatened to name and shame a pesky parcel pinching thief who has been terrorising his neighbourhood.
Jimmy, 41, made the admission on 3AW Breakfast this week where he and co-host Mark Allen are filling in for Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft over the summer break.
Jimmy revealed his community had been made victim to a light-fingered woman who had been relieving residents of their home-delivered parcels.
'To the lady, and there are photos of you going around our local area because everyone has got CCTV footage, can you stop stealing people's stuff off the front doorstep in the lead up to Christmas?' Jimmy asked he brazen porch pirate.
He added that, given the time of year, pickings for the ;pilferer would have been plentiful.
'There are a lot of packages going around because people obviously do a lot more shopping online,' he said.

Jimmy then revealed that he and partner Amelia Shepperd had their own run-in with the Grinch that stole parcels.
He revealed that after taking his boys Aston, 8, and, Henley, 6, to watch the basketball the thief entered his yard and started rummaging through boxes, only to be confronted by Amelia.
'I was taking my two boys off to watch the NBL, we got 30m away [and] within that time, she watched us leave the house and went straight up our front path and tried to sort through some boxes,' he said.
'Luckily they were empty boxes. My partner was still home and opened the door and said, "Excuse me, can I help you?"'
Jimmy ended by warning the thief that if the behaviour continued he would put her on blast to his 111,000 Instagram followers.
'So, if you steal another one I am posting your photo all over social media, be warned,' Jimmy sternly said.
The athlete then welcomed his first child, Paloma, with Amelia in April 2023.

A year ago, the former Geelong Cats star announced the birth of Paloma on social media.
In another heartwarming Instagram post, the footy player shared a black and white photo of his new bundle of joy clutching his hand.
'Daddy's little girl is here. Paloma Lucie Bartel, you have me wrapped around your little fingers already,' he captioned the post.
'Amelia, I'm in awe of you. Love you so much. Aston and Henley [his sons] will love you so much.'
Jimmy and Amelia announced they were having a girl during an intimate gender reveal party in October 2022, just a few months after their one-year anniversary.
The father-of-three recently The Herald Sun, before Paloma's birth that he was 'scared' of fathering a daughter.
'I am petrified at the moment. (We are) having a little girl. My two older sisters, they only have boys. This is my mum's 11th grandchild and this is the first girl,' he said.
He added: 'A few things are going through my head, well how do I do their hair. So, I am a bit scared to be honest.'
He was also previously married to Nadia Bartel, with whom he shares Aston and Henley.
The couple split in mid 2019.
Nadia and Jimmy married in February 2014 in a lavish ceremony on the Bellarine Peninsular.
Nadia and Jimmy first met in 2008 while attending the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix. The former Geelong Cats player proposed four years later in Mexico.
Fashionista Nadia, 39, is currently enjoying a high profile romance with boyfriend Peter Dugmore.
