It comes after Jennifer revealed she is in her 'happy era' following her divorce from Ben Affleck.
She originally dated her Gigli co-star from 2002 to 2004 before they reunited in 2021, tying the knot the following year but splitting just two years later, and the Hustlers star has admitted she is feeling better about her life than ever before.
In a conversation with Nightline’s Juju Chang that aired on Wednesday, Jennifer said, 'I’m in my happy era. I think, for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m free; I’m on my own. And it feels really good.
'I didn’t really know what that felt like since I was in my early 20s — and even before that. I've always had boyfriends. There was always someone in my life, and so many things that I felt like were out of my control.
'I’ve gotten to the point where I really trust myself and appreciate myself a little bit more, instead of being so hard on myself and always trying to prove myself.'
Jennifer - who has 18-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony - admitted she 'took a year off' when her marriage to Affleck ended and forced herself to process her feelings instead of looking for a distraction.
'I had to stop everything and I took a year off,' she explained. 'I canceled tours and just decided to be home and sit in what had happened without running away from it through work, through another person, through anything — just sit.'
The singer was asked about previously saying the time felt like her life 'exploded,' and she added, 'It did. It did feel that way. I needed to be home with my kids and that was the priority at that time.
'I just got to the point where I was like, "What is going on with you?" Because I couldn't blame anybody else, because I don't think that's where the lesson is. And so I really wanted to figure myself out.'
And the On the Floor hitmaker doesn't want to 'ruin' her current happiness by dating again.
Asked if she is seeing anyone, she said: 'No! No. I’m not! God forbid, I don’t want to ruin anything!'

It comes after Jennifer nearly ended up on the floor while performing her 2011 song On The Floor in Las Vegas last week.
The entertainer – who has been 'pushing herself to exhaustion' – was singing and dancing to the tune when she stumbled and almost fell on stage at The Colosseum.
But the seasoned performer quickly rebounded from the mishap, laughing it off and picking up the choreography without missing a beat.
The moment was captured and shared by JPASC24 via Instagram on Saturday.
He wrote in the app's Stories feature, 'No one recovers from a trip quite like @jlo.'
The Bronx-bred star was dressed in a sparkly black and white tuxedo costume, baring her toned legs in nude-toned fishnets during the high-energy number.
Lopez is in the thick of her latest string of shows, which kicked off on March 6 and runs through March 28 at Caesars Palace.
Earlier this month the Daily Mail learned that the lifelong artist had been working nonstop to prepare for the Sin City production.
'Jennifer is rehearsing night and day to make sure the show is spectacular, better than ever,' a source shared.
'She is working 13-hour days at a studio in North Hollywood with her back-up dancers to make certain she looks like she is on top of her game. She always says she wants to be "better than yesterday" – it's her thing.'
Another reason she is putting so much energy into the shows is that she wants her act to be considered one of the top draws in Las Vegas.
'Everyone is going to the Sphere these days, that is the town's big deal, so she wants to prove that a more old-fashioned concert at the Colosseum is still the place to be,' added the insider.
She also wants to remind fans that even though she is well into her fifties, she is still in her prime.
'Jennifer loves to work, she never complains, it's her jam,' said the source. 'Some people like to vacation on the beach in Hawaii, and some like to work nonstop. Jennifer is the latter. She feels proud to be doing so well at her age and as a Latina woman.'

The shows will also feature some guests along the way. 'There will be a lot of excitement and surprise stars,' teased the person close to the singer.
It comes after Lopez previously brought out Ja Rule, with whom she's collaborated on songs like I'm Real and Ain't It Funny.
Lopez called the concert 'the quintessential JLo Show' while speaking with Extra.
She explained, 'You see who I am, I think, as not just an entertainer, a performer, but as an artist and as a human.
'I still do all my hits and all the songs that people know me for, but it's really done in a very fresh and exciting way.'
And she explained why she's working so hard, adding, 'I'm in my happy era and I have that in the show… I've never looked at it as a job. It's just what I love to do.'
